Residence Inn By Marriott Fort Lauderdale Plantation

My family and I love thr hotel having stayed there a couple times. This trip we were given an accessible room but we understood that was all that was available in that category. The room was clean, i loved the bed, it was really comfortable. We had two issues with the room, one of which Maintenance took care of right away. The second was the internet which was really bad and weak in that room. There was another guest that i met at the front desk who had the same complaint and she was on another floor so I guess it was pretty bad all over. The front desk staff were great, the lady that worked the night shift while i was there , she's a gem! I'm so sorry that i forgot her name but she dealt with me every time i picked up my packages. Overall it's a great hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be returning.

Friendly staff, super convenient for families who want to be together in one space. I got a suite and it was comfortable. The hotel is also in close proximity to restaurants and broward mall,

We had a very nice stay in the two bedroom suite. We appreciated the convenient parking, the cleanliness of the room, daily housekeeping, dishes available in the kitchen, wonderful hot breakfast each morning, beautiful courtyard with fire pit, nice pool, basketball court, and delicious cookies every day. The beds were not very comfortable, but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there again. It was an overall excellent stay for our family of 5.

My family and I have been staying at your hotel for many years and everytime we are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. It js safe, clean, convenience and we consider the hotel a home away from home.

My family stayed there for one night because we were traveling on an early morning flight the next day and wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to the airport. The agent at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The scent throughout the hotel was awful. It smelt like wet carpet. The first room was unbearably stink and we requested another room. This time the scent was masked with some fragrance but it was still stink. We promised never to stay at this location ever again.

This property is older. The pull out couch's mattress was terrible. If you have to depend on one of those, I would stay elsewhere. Our kids had a terrible time sleeping on that and they have slept in backpacks and strollers. The amenities would be great, except they were all closed. We were looking forward to a little pool/hot tub time and the entire area was closed. The breakfast was wonderful! Everything was neat and tidy! The staff were friendly and helpful! Parking is NOT free. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great.

Meredith deserves a raise she gave great assistance in our room, wished we had sufficient funds to tip her, will be back to show our gratitude to her, the breakfast was unique, they switched it up a bit to Offer a variety and my family loved it, they did not offer just a pool like most hotels, the basketball court and fire station is a plus, the only thing we wished was the shower glass slide doors other than that water was always hot , the dishwasher and stovetop was a plus seeing that we traveled with kids and the area was quiet kind of quiet and near many shopping malls/places that we needed to visit, WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!! Thanks for a great vacay stay!
