Staybridge Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport - West, an IHG Hotel

I was greeted by Kiki at the front desk and I literally can't say enough great things about her. I came in with 5 kids a ton of luggage from getting of a cruise and she was so patient kind and helpful towards all of us. A smile, kindness and patience goes a long way and not very many people are that way anymore so thank you Kiki for making our stay more enjoyable!

Property was nice and clean. Felt safe in the area and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Breakfast was nice and the team was helpful. If I had to give any feedback at all it would be regarding checkin. We came early so I knew there was a possibility the room wouldn’t be ready. No big deal, the kids played in the pool. The person at the desk assured me she’d have a room for me at 3pm. I went back to check in a few minutes after 3:00. Upon asking to check in, I was told there were still no rooms. It’s frustrating to be told one thing and it not happen. Other than that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

It was around 12:25am and someone open our door. My family was sleeping. I yelled and they closed the door. I called customer service and they told me that they could not fo anything cause there was no-one from management.i had to put all of our bags by the door and a chair cause we didn't feel safe.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was very clean and met all of my expectations. I loved the large space. The The kitchen had everything needed as well as the bathroom. I have recommended this property to family and friends and I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My best friend and I stayed here for almost a week on vacation with our kids. The hotel was amazing and so close to the Hard Rock Casino, where we could get a quick ride to and from without a problem. The breakfast's were always amazing and the rooms were so huge! Kiki, the lady who checked us in, was so sweet and answered all of our questions with humor and a smile. If I had to list any negative thing at all, it would be that the electronic keys are VERY sensitive and on more than 1 occasion, we had to go back down to the front desk to have them make our key work on our door. This happened 5 times and only 1 time was I asked to verify the name for the room (you may want to work on that from a security perspective!) Other than that, we loved it and will use this hotel in the future.

We stayed a night before our cruise with multiple families in one suite and it was awesome. We had a late arrival and the room was great, nice stafff, comfy beds, and a few minutes from the port. Will stay here again!

family of 8 and we just got off a cruise. It was great, front desk extremely friendly. Room was what a $300+ should be. Lots of space especially toilet section of bathroom. Like there was free parking. Didn't have time to use pool but it looked very nice. Would highly recommend and will use again when we go on our next cruise.
