This is my second time returning for 2024 but this time we brought the kids..Kenneth at the front desk blew us away with customer service. It was our son's 10th birthday and he made sure our room had a view. He also wished him a happy birthday. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Checking out was also a wonderful experience with Admarine.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and it seems like ever since Marriott took over it like a high class Day Inn. We ordered room service no one answered the phone and we got through we were on hold forever. We requested additional towels that never came. Receptionist were 4/5 but everything else was the pity’s. I always recommend this hotel to my friends and family but now I have to look at alternatives place to stay.
