Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful place to stay with family. I would stay here again. There are no microwaves in the room as noted on Expedia though, but there are refrigerators!

My family and I came from Canada for Vacation. Very friendly staff especially Nakita and Eline (Breakfast ladies). I would definitely come back. The only thing I would suggest the Hotel Manager/owner to invest in is new carpet all throughout! The floors were very sticky and old. Other then that my stay was great the pool is gorgeous!.

The pool was awesome and hot tub. Beds weren't that comfortable, good for back sleepers but not side sleepers. Bath door knob was tough for kids to open. Rm 405. But staff is awesome and made our stay great. Awesome service and great breakfast.

Hotel was clean, room nice size. The kids loved the pool. Only issue was water pressure.

This hotel was a great choice for my family and I. When I come back to FL I’ll definitely be staying there again! ❤️

Stayed one night visiting family for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise in hallway in middle of the night. Lots of people coming and going.

My family and I enjoyed our trip. Very relaxing 😌

I have already posted a review on my second booking for the same stay (two nights)... terrible welcome, even being an IHG rewards member for over 15 years, looks like it makes no difference at this hotel. Receptionist did not even look at me when me and my tired family got to the hotel. Upon getting to the room, we noticed to our surprise, the room was almost basically wet, recently being dried up in a hurry, full of moisture like if someone had opened a hose in the room. The carpet was disgusting leaving our socks fully brown, hard floor was slippery as well as bathroom. It was 11:30PM, after a 9hr trip, with a 6yr old otherwise I'd go somewhere else, and my wife and son still had a 16 hour trip abroad next day. Never again at this hotel.

I called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and we ended up waiting over an hour and a half. The staff on duty when we arrived was exceptionally rude and instead of offering an apology, offered excuses that made it seem like it was our fault that we arrived "during a shift change" at 3pm and staff don't communicate with each other. We were traveling with our elderly parents and children and this was incredibly disappointing. We couldn't even get rooms on the same floor. The service and value leaves a lot to be desired.
