I was roaches in my room and my children and I woke up with bite marks.

My family and I stayed at this property for one day before embarking on a cruise with Celebrity, Royal Caribbean. We came on June 20th, and asked about conjoining rooms. We were told by the receptionist that there wasn't any available. My mother went to her room and learned it was conjoining and we then proceeded to ask if it was available to switch. The receptionist advised the room was reserved specifically for a conjoining room. We asked if there was different bedding in the room, which we were told there was not. With this said, we asked if the rooms could be switched to accommodate our family size as there would not be a difference for the other party who had not shown up yet to retrieve their booking. The receptionist was confused as so was the manager as to our request. We accepted that the change couldnt be made and proceeded to our rooms. Room 215 was a king bed and a let out couch. When my children went to let the couch bed out, they were met with a dirty used towel folded within. The room smelled of mildew as well. The room my husband got, 211, was rather nice and smelled wonderful on the other hand. The property needs a little TLC, overall experience was not the best. We made due for the one night only. Had it been multiple, we would have reserved elsewhere.

My family and I really enjoy our vacation stay here at comfort suites. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly and we definitely will be returning again!!

Ideal place to stay with family. Great service and nice spacious rooms. The whole hotel is clean. Loved it.

Great place for families

This property was great where it located to many store and activities. It staff was great ,parking was alway a viable near the doors. I recommend to family and friends.

Our room was dirty. The carpet was so bad our toddler afeet would turn black while walking around the room. Room is old, bathroom old, musty smell overall a bad experience.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs are cold. Shower doesn't get that hot. Cleaning staff block the hallway when you are trying to get to your room with your luggage. I am a business traveler and was put next to a room with many kids yelling until late at night. Really seems like people might be living at the hotel. You should probably stay somewhere else if you are traveling for business.

The very 1st room I was put in had the ugliest mold underneath the dresser. I asked to be moved because of it-I received no pushback and got a new room immediately. The shower situation is kind of weird as its only one panel and a doorway, so unless you shower behind the panel-and not move-the bathroom floor is guaranteed to get wet. Most everything else I'd say was fine-Breakfast was great, checkout being at 11 was nice as I got to sleep in AND have breakfast before leaving. I'd say three things, 1. Handle the mold problem, because thats just not acceptable. 2. Put actual shower doors and not just a single panel and 3. I already live in fl i was staying there to have some peace/quiet from family-the tv remotes do not access the "Source" channels on the TV, and gamers need that if suddenly they can't go out. Overall an average experience I would say.

The property is in deplorable condition in which a group of young children .I and the staff occupied the units were unsanitary and a health hazard. The place is a major respiratory hazard even with the Humidifier common areas and rooms reeked of mold, mildew, and urination The bed skirt was stained and very dirty with blood stains, sofas was also stained and in deplorable conditions in which most dogs would not sleep in
