Girl at desk was un professional. Rude. I asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one. I am a Hilton Honor's customer and I wont return to this location. Room smelled like mold, we were supposed to me near friends and family. We had 4 rooms. One of our rooms was on a differebt floor and none of the rooms were side by side. Horrible experience here.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not greeted properly. We arrived early and were not greeted warmly. We were ignored until we got their attention. We were told there were no early check ins (we arrived early in the day). They were willing to store our luggage. At 2:45 (as it neared check in time), there were multiple families waiting in the lobby to get rooms. We were a large family of 3 rooms. We requested to be near each other. We were on completely different floors. The hotel was understaffed and had limited options available. They ran out of coffee at breakfast multiple times (in a 30 minute time period). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area for a pre cruise stay.

I just love that the rooms are very spacious and comes with a full kitchen to suit your family needs. The staff was also very efficient at the check in counter. The breakfast served here was also better than what is typically offered elsewhere. I would stay here again in the future.

The staff for sure, are top notch! Even though the hotel is not a 5 start expensive hotel, the staff are excellent, FRIENDLY, helpful and easy to approach! The free breakfast is a plus. Hot and cold items are available. and there seems to always be places to sit no matter what time we get there. The pool is bigger than I thought! I like that the kids can still swim late at night as sometimes, it's the only time they can swim. The excersize room is well kept and never full. The laudry is the only thing I have to say went a bit off. One machine was not able to collect the soap it was suppose to, so my clothes was washed without the detergent. But the staff gave me the change back to use another machine, so all is good. You just have to ask. The room was pretty big. We went to stay later at one of the top end Universal Studio rooms and thought that the Home2 Suite was way better and bigger. I miss having the kitchen at Home2 Suite while I was at Universal Studio hotel :(. I would definitley stay there again the next time we are in Ft Lauderdale!

The facilities really need some upgrading; from the room ac units to adding fans as well as upgrading the bathroom shower stalls and repainting. The AC drowned the carpet with water so it was soaked and we couldn't get our baby to wear a shoe so his asthma just went off with coughing in the night. The carpets should be taken out since the ac unit is inside and do would heated plants that keep dry. The rooms could still be at a reasonable price. Also, the breakfast bar with waffle makers that really does not work even after they were worked on overnight. Thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality; it's not them, it's the facility.

My family and I completed a one night stay at this hotel from May 31-June 1st. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel stay in my entire life !! I have vacationed many, many times and have stayed in many hotels, but I have to say, this hotel was the absolute worst experience my family and I have ever had. There was a bug in the refrigerator, a roach in the shower stall, all kinds of dirt in the carpet, my husband even had to adjust the toilet to flush properly and the icing on the cake was the fecal matter under a chair by the pool area this morning. I don’t understand how a Hilton hotel that has such potential to be great can be run so badly. It’s bad enough that we experienced all of this in just one day but one of my sons is autistic, so cleanliness is even more serious. I am so incredibly disappointed in our stay at your hotel. Never again !!!!!!!!

Hotel was very clean and I loved all the outdoor seating areas to hang out. It was nice to be able to hang outside with the kids and not just be confined to the swim area. The hotel was also very clean and looked well maintained.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of storage drawers and countertop space. The kitchenette was perfect for our family. The only area lacking is the free breakfast. The area for this is small. This is a high volume hotel and this area was chaotic. Most options out unless you get down there super early. Coffee area tight, only room for one person at a time. Staff was friendly.

This hotel was incredibly accommodating and friendly during a very frustrating time of flooding in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend. Thank you too the staff who walked through floods to get to work so our family of 11 had a place to stay. Everyone from from desk to house keepers were kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
