Hotel Dello Ft Lauderdale Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Decor is a cheap retro feel inside of the rooms but they have been somewhat update besides the sink terrazzo look. Minor details on ceilings, water damaged doors, broken elevator that won't close when youve inside of it, give this property away. Typical bad coffee and you only get one packet per stay. Housekeeping walks in when you're changing even with do not disturb sign on the door. First night head a loud baby crying for a couple hrs and family slamming bodies against the walls. Other than that it was okay. Big room, tiny restroom. Door to restroom closes on you when you walk in and won't stay open in case you have little ones that need to know where you are at all times. Hotel is in a dangerous area. Please have pepper spray. Pool is not heated. Check out is at 11, so this site is incorrect and I received 2 calls from the front desk about it. Friendly staff.

Property is very clean and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed with kids and they enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very close to shopping, dinning, and swimming at the beach. Safe and cozy neighborhood with easy walk to a few great restaurants.

The front desk is very helpful, professional and courteous Ms. Jada and Ms Tiffany were very helpful and professional both assets to Hilton brand. Making the check in go with ease and helping my family and I find dining accommodation and entertainment during our stay.

Our safe was not working and made beeping sound all night long and no one on property could have fixed it until the next morning. My family couldn’t sleep all night long because of the noise. Moreover, they charge 15$ for breakfast including young children, the quality of food was very poor and very limited options. Definitely NOT worth the 15$ per person. The staff from the kitchen very rude and slow, we had to wait 15 minutes to get utensils and then another 15 minutes to get coffee. Very very disappointing.

I liked the central location of the hotel and it was a decent hotel. Our deluxe room was nice and the first time I had ever had a double queen room with that much extra space which was a huge plus when traveling with kids. My only bummer was that there is no free breakfast. If they had free breakfast it would be perfect.

An average stay, definitely did not seem quite a "Hilton" level property. A few things about the room that drove me a little crazy: the room temperature control had a bright green light on it that kept the room bright all night and the bathroom door would not stay open. You could see where the door had been damaged on the bottom from people trying makeshift attempts to keep it open (I jammed a few towels under it which somewhat worked). Also the pool closes at 7 PM which is at least an hour earlier than it should. My flight left very early so I didn't see if there was any breakfast and the first shuttle didn't begin until 5:30 AM so I just had to uber. It's fine in a pinch if you need something close to the airport but I wouldn't recommend it as a "vacation" spot. It is in walking distance to Jaxson's ice cream which is a treat particularly if you have kids.

Beautiful hotel but that’s it.... front desk staff was very rude, not helpful and I really don’t think she even spoke I think it was just a grunt !!! Our room was on the 7th floor and the horrible overwhelming smell of weed literally burnt your eyes !! Coffee maker in our room was broken and no hair dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice but no staff monitoring... 2 minor children were there all day by themselves throwing rocks into the pool.
