Anytime I visit family in South Florida, I stay at the AC Hotel Ft. Lauderdale. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Just very upset never received my deposit fees poor customer service felt like I wasn’t welcome one of the guest made a racial comment to one of my kids I will never book with this hotel anymore

Very good property in many ways. I just was not luck to get a quiet room. I couldn’t sleep due loud sound fro. AC outside my unit. I just came here to rest before a long trip and it didn’t happen… the noise kept me awake. They offered to move the room in the middle the night but I didn’t accept the inconvenience of moving with my toddler and many luggage .

I absolutely loved this hotel. The area was perfect for our family and the hotel staff were above and beyond. We stayed at Margaritaville the night before and it was not as amazing as the AC hotel was for a 1/4 of the price.
