This property was fine in all respects. This isn't a "five star" resort, so anyone comparing the Fairfield to a Fairmount is not providing a fair comparison. For what it is (a second tier hotel in the Marriott family), this hotel did a great job providing a clean, safe, comfortable environment that was easy to get in and out of, provided a good nice sleeping arrangement, and had reasonable amenities at the facility for entertainment and dining options. I will definitely look to stay here again when I am in the area next. You can't go wrong with this place.

nice hotel, nice breakfast, bed was cozy. but the carpet was riped by the couch.... and the main corner in the bathroom looked like a kid tried to fix the wall ... it look like shaby work.. but it was nice and clean...

Super clean, great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Will stay again and recommend it to family and friends

The area and hotel were very pleasant. Two of my children would not be with me for Christmas so I wanted to spend some time together. The area was beautiful, calm and peaceful. Hotel was good. Thought the breakfast was lacking and there was an odor when I first walked in but other than that a beautiful property.

I’m still at hotel. Spending 6 nights here. Receiving no cleaning and replenishing as requested. I’ve asked twice, went to get my family new towels 3 times. Called front desk, asking why this is happening and for new towels, she’s looking into the problem. Went and got my towels again. For the price this is ridiculous.

This property is clean and staff are excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights while travelling ( 2 adults and a child). The pool and pool area are kept very clean. There is ample parking if you are driving. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a fun ring game on the patio that kept my 11 year old son entertained for hours!! I’d stay here again!!

The room, the employees and the hotel itself were very nice. Unfortunately, there was a large number of kids and parents staying there that weekend for, what looked like a baseball tournament. The adults were all in the lobby watching football while all the kids seemed to be running all over the hotel loudly up and down hallways. I understand noise ordinance says 10pm is quiet time, but I also don't think it should be ok that kids run around all over while parents don't actually parent. That may not be the hotels fault, but there should still be some way to prevent such a chaotic and loud situation from happening.
