This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our travels. A beautiful home away from home with people taking care of us. Feels like a perfect family resort.

With the exception of the hotel restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was very evident they valued my family as guests and were working hard to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and customer experience. The front desk staff gave us local tips. The manager personally took care of a room request we had, and maintenance was super respectful in addressing a bathroom issue we ourselves created. The hotel restaurant staff, however, appeared overworked, tired and unfriendly. Food took a long time to get to us. They definitely needed more help for this area. Charging us for outdoor parking seemed over the top for this type of hotel.

My family and I got this property last minute for the Falcon Heavy launch, and it was perfect! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was ready at check-in and check-out wasn't until 12pm, which is nice with four kids! We drove to Peacock Beach, which was about a 10 minute drive. The hotel's beach access is a little bit of a walk part the pool area, but it is more secluded from a lot of the traffic on Cocoa Beach. The pool was clean and roomy, too, so if the beach isn't your thing, the pool should be! Overall, a great place to stay on Cocoa Beach!

Great stay - very comfortable and clean. We stayed for one night to visit the space center. Good location for a visit. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. They gave each of my kids a book upon arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and quick.

Had booked another stay at a nearby hotel that did not meet my expectation. I had them cancel that reservation and refund my money. I found the Courtyard on Hotels.com and they had a room available. I was able to hold that room and have me and my kids stay there for the night. Hotels.com and Courtyard saved us and allowed us to stay at a much better hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable, easy walk to the beach. The only complaint that we have is that when we arrived, we were tired and very hungry and did not know the area at all; we asked the ladies at the front desk what were some good family restaurants to eat at and they had no suggestions. We were on our own to find a place to eat. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel, very clean and spacious room. Great location, within walking distance to shopping.
