Our family was on the way to a cruise departing Port Canaveral and this hotel was convenient and close to port. Very nice!

Overall, it was an okay stay for a one night before heading onto the cruise ship the following day. In my opinion not worth over the 300 range for a night. The lobby and store area were nice and the exterior is very cool. However, going up to the rooms the access doors to the hallways leading to the rooms looked like they had been kicked in, the hallways smelled like heavy smoke and weed. Tried to eat in the bar/restaurant inside the hotel and despite the wait staff seeing my family waiting at the kiosk for more than 15 minutes, no one came to greet or seat our party, and there was maybe 5 patrons total in the bar and restaurant so it wasn’t during a dinner rush or busy.

It was discuting. The room was dirty, I have pictures. Shower curtain not clean (not stained, dirty, never washed). Shower wall full of previous people residue, floor sticky and full of crumbs, pizza sauce on our comforter. They did not clean the room during our stay. Something like a booger in the washroom miror. At the restaurant, kids grilled cheese not cooked at all, we had chips and salsa, it was old chips and there was a thing you use to attach a bread bag in the chips… staff look like they are all on drugs… really bad experience and it is very expensive for what we just went through….

Stayed here the night before our cruise. The safe didnt work due to low battery. There was only a blanket for the pullout couch and i told the front desk more bedding would be needed. After waiting an hour still no bedding and it was passed my kids bedtime so they were very tired. I tried calling the front desk and found out our room phone did not work so i had to walk down there and let them know the bedding did not show up. 20 min later still no bedding so my husband had to go down and get it himself .......unbelievable

We loved our overnight stay. The rooms were beautiful and so spacious. Room was clean and beds comfortable. TONS of charging stations... which is a necessity for all the phones, Kindles and other things for a family of 5. Room overlooked the shark tank and store. Overall I would definitely recommend... better value for more space than other hotels we paid more for a night on this vacation.
