Our stay was over all great. Excellent service and cleanliness. Convenient beachfront access. Only down point was the pool was not very large would like to have seen a kids pool or adult only time for the pool. Also would have liked to see a hot tub or jacuzzi. Overall great stay, recomended.

The staff were friendly but room is like a 2* motel. No crib for the children; they provided a play pen instead with no mattress; very hard surface for them to sleep in.

Waterfront room not worth it. Balconies sit over restaurant’s industrial fans and AC units so you can’t just sit and enjoy the view. Room layout and decor is just odd. Felt very dorm room like and a little weird with very limited seating no view except from the bed which was great. Bartenders at the pool ranged from very nice to very rude. Screaming kids in the pool and hotel hallways were not the hotel’s fault, but we were not eager to spend much time at the property due to all of this. Wish we had spent the considerable amount of money on another property.

Our family has been coming to Cocoa Beach for many years we are very familiar with the area and love it . This is our first stay at this Hilton . For the most part our stay was pleasurable but when we were checking out the lady that was checking us out was very robotic and did not smile . She never asked how are stay was ? My husband is a veteran and he asked if Hilton provided a military discount and she said because we booked through Expedia she could not change it and Hilton does not offer a veteran discount on ocean front rooms so it didn’t matter we felt like this was very harsh . It was Memorial Day when we Checked out a day to honor the fallen and you have a veteran in front of you and that could of been presented in a different way .The team has to think before speaking as it sounded as though. Veteran was not worthy of an ocean front room I hope this review reaches the hotel as it can be a training experience of how to speak to customers . Overall we enjoyed our stay just extremely disappointed at check out and unfortunately this will stay with us .

I learned an important lesson from staying at this hotel. READ THE REVIEWS! For this being a Hilton property I have to say I’m very disappointed. It’s ridiculously overpriced for what they have to offer. I’ve been in nicer AND more price efficient hotels than this one. The room had one tiny refrigerator and a coffee maker. If you need to heat up food you literally have to go down the hallway to use the microwave there. That is so ridiculous. Their bathroom is very closeted and raggedy looking. I don’t even think it was cleaned properly. Entertainment wise, they provide basic channels along with a few HBO channels but there’s no way to access streaming services. Also, not really a fan of the pool area. It’s practically a kiddy pool because of its size. The only thing I really enjoyed about the hotel, is its easy access to the beach provided with chair rentals and umbrellas. In my opinion, those accommodations should be free with the amount of money they charge here a night. The staff were very very friendly and helpful during check-in. However, the amount of noise in this place is just unbearable. It was so bad that I just had to check out a day early. I could not stay another night at this place. This hotel has very thin walls and you can literally hear everything! From doors slamming, loud talking, and neighbors stomping above you and dropping things loudly. That REALLY annoyed me. If you’re looking for a getaway full of peace and quiet I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this hotel.

The place is very COLD LOOKING! Toilet paper holder is disgusting and paper roll keeps falling out! Hilton makes so much money that they should offer FREE WATER in the room and not charge $3.00 per bottle! Pool it too small. Never got the opportunity to go in because of too many kids in there! Also, Hilton should provide FREE chairs at the beach!!! DO NOT CHARGE PEOPLE for this! i WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

The building/restaurant/bar was referred to as “Starlite” which is also the company that manufactured the diner I work for in Fairmont, WV. I’ve worked for DJ’s 50’s & 60’s Diner, which is a family owned business, for 17 years. The diner was shipped up here from the Starlite company in two pieces back in 1998. My hotel stay was amazing! The staff was always so friendly and helpful! The building, my room, the pool area, and restaurant was always clean. When in the area again I would definitely choose your hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby was also VERY convenient and the start of my every morning!
