The overall stay we had was fine. The property could use some touch ups. We requested rooms with our travel party to be close together but we ended up being separated and on different floors. One employee at the front desk, Warren, was very unfriendly and unhelpful, seemed extremely irritated whenever we had questions, Was very rude to someone else in our travel party, and generally never seemed approachable. The rest of the staff made our stay really great though. Special shout out to Maria who was super joyful and sweet to our kids every morning at breakfast, and another special shout out to Carla the housekeeper who did a great job and was so kind to us, especially my kiddos.

The hotel was not family friendly. Warren at the front desk was rude to us the minute we walked into the door. He scoffed and rolled his eyes when we asked questions about the hotel and amenities. Our room key never worked. We had to get new keys several times a day which is inconvenient when you’ve just made it up the elevator with 3 little kids. We were lectured by Warren about how to work room keys. We were not keeping them near phones or credit cards. They just didn’t work. We booked 2 roooms in our reservation and called ahead of time to ask if they could be near each other. We were told this wouldn’t be an issue (my 8 year old and my mom were sharing that room). When we arrived to the hotel the rooms were not near each other and Warren was rude about it and said “that’s just how hotels work”. We felt that Bonita Springs in general was not family friendly at all and are disappointed in our trip. On a positive note, Maria from the breakfast buffet at the hotel was absolutely wonderful!

Our family of 4 stayed over the weekend for a soccer tournament. The Staff, breakfast, pool and location were great. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our only complaint was the room that smelled a bit moldy. Every time our daughter would have to spray her VS coconut perfume around the room and that fixed the problem for us. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this late in the evening after our AC went out so we could give our kids somewhere comfortable to sleep. Check in was fast and the staff was wonderful with my kids.

There were sugar ants in our hotel room. You couldn’t leave one piece of food or candy on the dresser without a swarm forming. They offered us a new room but too much to pack up 2 kids and 2 adults. Breakfast was ok.. they should change it up and offer a variety. Pool was nice and relaxing. Thank God for Mel’s diner that you could walk to as there is no restaurant onsite at the hotel. Location of hotel in Bonita was good.

The hotel itself is great; clean, quiet and fairly modern. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. As with all hotels in the area, there seem to be a lot of construction workers and families living in the hotel; lugging laundry baskets full of groceries, etc. up the elevator to their hotel rooms, etc. I think that even in February 2023, there are still a lot of post-hurricane Ian issues with the area in general, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Great 50’s diner adjacent to the property. All in all a great staff and a great hotel, albeit a bit pricey for a mid-level stay, but that’s just the nature of the business of the winter tourist season in Naples, FL.

Air quality poor, Mold on the curtains and bed bug bites. Scary stuff and so incredibly dangerous. Left with bites all over me and my family.
