We love this place! We enjoy the king suite with a sofa bed for the kids. We stayed in 220 and my sister stayed at 110 and their living room was double our size. They didn’t have kids and we had two so it would have made a huge difference for us to have that extra space. But now we know and plan to be coming back and get the bigger room. House keeping was nice and sweet took care of us daily. You can even leave a tip via the app. If you are a Hilton honors you can check in the day before and request a digital key the day your stay starts also a credit for daily beverage or food of $$ if you are gold we used it daily. Great benefit to have.

Super clean with renovated rooms. Huge plus for no carpet in the Suite. Pool was welcoming and maintained. Hallways, lobby and common areas are quiet and also very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a texting service so you dont have to pick up the phone to reach out to them. Makes it easier with kids, at least it did for me.

I was mislead by you expedia adv of this hotel, since i am traveling with 3 grand kids, was looking for a nice hotel with Breakfast included, your advertisement indicated that breakfast was included, but came to find out this morning that will have to pay for breakfast

This was a wonderful hotel! The room was very nice/spacious for our family of five. Very clean and fresh. Great pool! Nice and quiet. They texted me once I checked in to let me know I could text if I needed anything; that was a nice feature. My only complaint is that the sheets were kind of rough, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

we always stay here when we come ti Naples its about 8 mins to the beach and the hotel has a lot of restaurants near by. Rooms are always cleaned and nice. We always get the balcony room because its bigger then the other. Also we can put our kids to sleep int he sofa bed outside of our room. Giving us a bit of privacy.

You know what I liked the most? I know this will look like it was staged. But believe me its not. My favorite part of this hotel stay was Ariana, Thania, Raven, and Joshua. They made my family and I feel like a million bucks. This staff has a good thing going. Multiple times I called on them for help with different things. And they responded each and every time. I would go again soon because of them. I would go even faster afraid that if one of them left, things would not be as awesome. Thank you every body. It means a lot. A special thanks to Raven. Your particular approach is amazing. Never change.

I went with my wife and kids for Memorial weekend. The hotel was excellent. Staff, cleanliness, but the best part was the location. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. We will be going back soon!

This hotel was conveniently located outside of Naples, with 5th avenue about 10 minutes south. Our third floor room had a wraparound balcony that afforder views of the river on one side and the pool on the other - perfect! But what really set this hotel apart and above others was the incredibly personalized service we received. Originally greeted by Bonnie, she had the warmth and patience of a family member. Our housekeper was the best I have ever seen, and delighted in providing us with small treats each day and even made a sort of "towel origami" animal figures on our bed when we returned, along with a personal note of thanks for the day's gratuity. We love this place and especially this staff and will definitely recommend it ot our friends and family!
