We went with our softball team big group for all starts states championship tournament, and they treated us amazing and the kids loved all the staff at this hotel

This is a solid 3 star hotel. Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette. Free parking and wifi. Also the free breakfast was pretty good each morning. The hotel was very clean and super convenient to everything! Our family would definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t too sure about this hotel after reading some of the reviews. This goes to show you can’t go off everything you read. You have to find out for yourself. My stay with my kid was awesome…free breakfast,free WiFi, free drinks on Wednesdays..I mean must I go on. Key word (free stuff). Rooms were clean (and I’m a neat freak). Staff was polite and courteous..even took the extra step by texting me to see if I needed anything. I wish ppl stop over exaggerating and finding the smallest thing to complain about. If you want to stay at a perfect hotel stay at the Ritz Carlton!! I’m pretty sure ppl will find something wrong there too…haha!

Courtney, Courtney, Courtney!!! My family and I can not thank Courtney enough for the kindness, hospitality, and overall welcoming feeling that was shown to us! The hotel was fantastic also, we will definitely be back! Thank you again Courtney for everything!!!

We checked in at 8:30pm. We found a cockroach in one of the cabinets at the kitchen. The smell on the room was terrible. We couldn’t find anywhere else to stay at that time with two children. Our room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. Of course, not the experience we were expecting.
