Great facilities and service, rooms are too small for families with kids, no space for extra beds. Breakfast did not have variety. The gym was amazing!

At first I felt like the hotel lacked hospitality due to the cold / hard nature of the building that seemed to match the people I came in contact with. It kind of felt like my family and I didn’t belong… like civilians on a military base. The staff made up for my initial thoughts. They were friendly and quick to resolve any issue to ensure I was comfortable. Not sure if I would return, but it was a good enough experience.

This is not a regular commercial hotel. It has been built and used for the orthopedic doctors conferences. It so clean, new and equipped with high tech stuff. Everyone will appreciate it, especially the youngsters. The first floor is a school itself and the fitness center is very modern.

This hotel is a great option to visit Naples. The location is great, the rooms are very modern and comfortable.Also the cortijero service is great. I highly recommend to book this hotel. It’s is corporate oriented. It has no swimming pool but my kids are teens and we enjoy the beach.

I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff is just amazing, as soon as you walk in they are very welcoming and even have suggestions of places to visit, the modern look of this hotel is like no other have already recommended to family and friends

Excellent stay overall. Very beautiful property. Only negative was noisy HVAC which kept making noises which were audible via ducts. Kept music on to comfort kids from distraction. By morning noises were gone.
