For the price the room was clean and the kids liked the indoor pool. Management and the staff were very friendly.

We just stayed for Fourth of July family stuff and we opened the fridge in the room and there was leftovers, I’m guessing from the previous person that was there. The shower handle was not it at all, it was hot hot hot and whenever I wanted to put cold it was very difficult

While the price was affordable, the property was run down. Clean but dated, rooms smelled musty. Pool was small and cold (swimmable for short period of time on a really hot day and no towels after asking for them). There were three guys constantly at the back door smoking marijuana and smelled up the first floor. Initial staff check in was nice but when asked in advance of going to the pool if there were towels, he said he'd bring some. Only 1 towel there and had to send the kid to get more when we were done in the cold pool. Room was cramped and beds hard/pillows flat. I was not looking for 5 star but this was only passable. Can't speak to the breakfast, we went out with friends to eat elsewhere. Would not stay again.

Our stay in Sleep Inn, terrible and horrible. Never in mywhole life to go toa place like, this. Not even1 day or half day. Their bedsheets & duvets are so filthy. With the stain of color brown or red, I don't know if that's ketchup or number 2. We don't know and then the front desk worker, when we mentioned it, he even gave us an attitude like not believing that it's legit complain. So we asked him to come up and check himself. It was really dirty, he even said that. "Oh yeah, you're right, it's dirty". We don't know how did they clean it. Did they just keep it or just laziness. It's disgusting and not only that, there were a lot of kids during the memorial weekend SUNDAY, they were stomping the floor while running. They were from traveling team. They look like from 10 to 12 y/o. I guess they were more than 20 kids. But the employees never even told their parents not to be noisy. They were all stomping the floor the whole way and just so sad that our room was so close to the stairwell. They were banging the metal doors. We can hear the stomping the floor from 5pm to 11:30pm. NON STOP! Obvioulsy the workers were afraid of the parentsIt's disgusting, it's unacceptable. Workers don't care about others. I called up over the phone at 11:30 to tell the Same Guy From the Bedsheet Issue, about the NOISE. Anl he told me he will try to tell themusREALLY? AND next day the LAdy was busy on VIDEOCHATTING with her friend or ?? Didn't even care to ask what was the complain. Unprofessional

We were there because my grandson had a baseball tournament in the area. Did not realize that there were so many teams there. There were kids running in the halls till 11:30 at night. A team that won a championship brought a cooler with alcohol to the pool. They left trash, beer bottles and unfinished food all around the pool. They also played loud music in the pool area till 9 PM. Also there was never any towels at the pool and when asked they only brought a few or said there were no more available.

What I liked about the property was virtually everything and everyone. They treated you more like a B&B and family. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. Very nice. The price was very reasonable.

We are from Buffalo and have family that lives in Uncasville. We usually stay in Uncasville but this trip we decided to look for something a little less expensive. Im so glad we did. From now on, well be staying here. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfy.Breakfast could use a little work but, overall our stay was great. We would be happy to recommend Sleep Inn in Niantic.

Staff were pleasant and hotel had great amenities. but my stay was troublesome. I paid for 2 rooms to go to the circus with my 2 kids (7 &13) and my niece (12) and nephew(8). I could not get adjoining rooms and 1 tv would not work, I requested service 3 times. Staff did assist but no real follow up until midnight when they switched my room. I received the room next door which annoyed me because I paid for 2 separate rooms that I was told could not be adjoining. Why was one room down the hall when you had 2 rooms right next to each other from the beginning. Anyone who has kids would not have wanted rooms down the hall from each other and 1 that was the closest room to the elevator and exit door. You still want to supervise all of them, and then with the tv situation. Thankfully the pool was settling and the area was nice Hotel was okay but my experience was shaky.

This is our go-to stay when we are in the Mystic area. You can’t beat the prices, they are friendly, service is good, and it’s always clean. Some of the rooms are small, but they work. The pool is also small but the kids didn’t care one bit - it just gets full quickly, is all. Breakfast is limited. We have stayed here many times and will stay again!
