Horrible customer service and experience. Booked an overnight stay with family check in and paid deposit to be told their pool was out of order. Manager on duty was rude and said it was stated on website but it wasn't and when showed her it wasn't she said oh well, No refund. Needless to say, we left very upset and will never return!

Check in was quick and easy. Took no more than 5-10 minutes. Front desk was very attentive and friendly. Amber was awesome. Hotel was very clean. From, rooms to the common areas. Rooms were very nicely decorated. We stayed in a Studio w/ 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed that had pull out bed. Also has 2 TVs which was very nice addition. Indoor pool was moderate sized. Not heated so be prepared to ease your way in if you are chicken like me :> Hotel has a computer and printer so if you need to print out anything ( like tickets to Mystic Aquarium which I purchased but forgot to print out at home) saved me for losing $$$ as you need actual hard copy ticket to get in. Free Breakfast was nice addition and very good/tasty. From amazing muffins to delicious, scrambled eggs (hot and always filled in warmer) to staples like yogurt or cereals to juices (orange/cranberry, apple). There is even a waffle maker (didn't use as rest of items filled us up). Only goes from 630-930 on weekdays so get there quick. It is worth it. The woman (never got name) who came out to refil trays in "buffet style" breakfast was AWESOME with capital A. very kind and also saw her make a waffle for someone that was having challenge using it. Saw multiple guest individuals with special needs (we have 2 kids on autistic spectrum, and everyone was super accommodating. Only small issue was that we asked for rooms to be cleared every other day. We were only there for 3 nights (Sunday through Wednesday) and not done

There was a few things I liked about this hotel and it was the room had a decent sofa bed that I needed for my family. I also liked the help that I received from the staff. The things I didn’t like was showerhead in my room should be replaced, the toilet flushing was an issue and you have to hold down the handle for it to work. The carpet was nice but could be cleaned at all the corners. The pool was nice and the breakfast was typical but good enough for me.

Nice place closer to Mohegun, but my kids want to swim but unfortunetlly cannot.

There is no sound proofing we were hearing the people in the room above us stomping across their room. We could hear the people in the room across the hall talking and kids screaming until late at night and doors opening and closing! When you are trying to sleep before an exam it was a horrible experience! Not sure why it has 4.5 stars!
