My family stayed for 2 nights to see a few concerts at Mohegan Sun Arena. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel had a shuttle service to and from the venue. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great! Would recommend.

Was great stay , was very upset that I was charged a pet fee upon leaving for 87 dollars when no pet was in room and had to wait 7 days for a refund because cleaning staff found sand in the bathroom , we do have children and went to the ocean sand is incredibly hard to get off everything so that was a major concern but I did get my refund

Werent able to make the trip because of family emergency. Called expedia 2 days ahead and notified them hoping i would get a refund. No one called me back when i called the hotel they told me they havent heard from expedia. So my money just went down the drain for nothing.

All of the front desk staff went above and beyond to help with forgotten items and just making us feel truly welcome. There was a family feel from the staff. Jonathan at the front desk was AWESOME, he deserves a raise!

We reserved a two queen bed room on Expedia 4 month before our stay. We didn’t make any changes or modifications for our reservation. Two days before our check-in day the hotel sent us a message that they are out of two-queen bed rooms, they only have one king bed available. And all other hotels around the area were sold out. We had to take the one king bed room. It was very uncomfortable for our family, and the blanket they provided was too small, it’s totally useless during the winter night.

This is our go to stop when we drive to Massachusetts to visit family because it’s convenient has a great breakfast and is a wonderful value. Staff is friendly too.

Morning coffee good and strong, so it was just what I needed. Rooms are beautiful, not typical layout. Plenty of sitting area, separate from sleeping area via attractive Japan screen-type 'wall'.Food, though? Breakfast bar was better than other hotels, foods all fresh. Could have done something else with late-menu, though. Wasn't expecting Michelin Star-level food, but frozen/ burnt (same things experienced in one dish, and that was just the French fries). How can a person mess up French fries? Server was a great guy, though, so we let that slide. All else was GREAT! I will definitely return, as a well absolutely recommend to family & friends. Thank you, Hyatt staff for making my/my daughter's trip clean, safe, memorable, EASY!!!!

This hotel was great! It was very clean and staff was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfy and they had whole pillows, not those little ones many hotels are switching to. We had an infant with us and the way the room was set up, we could keep her pack n play in a spot seperate from us. Great stay overall!

We stayed at the Hyatt when we remodeled our house, about 5 years ago, and absolutely loved it. It’s set way back from the road which I love because we have two pups and there is no stress if they get loose. We just sold our home and are staying while we look for a new house and it’s just so lovely! I love the sleeper sofa which makes it more accommodating for my family and as a mother, I love the free breakfast and not having to cook. Lol

This hotel is a diamond ..very well maintained and very comfortable beds..clean everything..breakfasr was supurb with lots of options..and for a family of 5 with food issues..this place hit the mark. All the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Definitely staying again
