Hyatt Place Mohegan Sun

Very disappointed. As soon as I got into the room I noticed an order. Can’t specify exactly what. What really made it worse is when we came back to the room in the afternoon after going to the casino and the room wasn’t cleaned.In the hallway I saw one of the cleaning ladies and asked if she’s going to our room and she said no because I didn’t ask for it. I have been in many hotel in different part of the world and never I had to ask to have the room cleaned it was alway automatically done. Complained and said the same thing that the ladies were almost done for the day but they would try to get someone to do the cleaning. When I booked the rooms I booked 4 rooms for different members of my family. Two rooms were cleaned the other 2 rooms were left undone. Very unprofessional. For the price that I paid not worth the money and will NEVER stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

My family stayed for 2 nights to see a few concerts at Mohegan Sun Arena. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel had a shuttle service to and from the venue. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great! Would recommend.

Was great stay , was very upset that I was charged a pet fee upon leaving for 87 dollars when no pet was in room and had to wait 7 days for a refund because cleaning staff found sand in the bathroom , we do have children and went to the ocean sand is incredibly hard to get off everything so that was a major concern but I did get my refund

Great place for family with children. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is quiet and there were many families with children. We enjoyed amenities such as the pool and free breakfast. The hotel within reasonable driving range to attractions (e.g., anywhere from 15 to 30 mins to Dinosaur Park, Mystic aquarium, Mystic Village). Right near the hotel is a McDonald’s, Stop & Shop, and a CVS, which comes in handy. The only downside was that housekeeping wasn’t provided even when requested.

Stayed here 2 nights (weekdays) with children and it was a very comfortable and quiet stay. The 2 queen room was enough room for all 5 of us. The pool is nice but water is cold not warm. Gym is ok, some treadmills broken. Breakfast was really nice for free breakfast. There was one female kitchen staff who seemed very annoyed when food items needed refilling. She made the dining experience uncomfortable, but the food was good. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

what I didn't like ? Breakfast time The breakfast was repeated and then is wasn't a choice of hot drink for a simple for a person like me who doesn't drink coffee, and can't drink it either 🤔 I would love to have a choice of hot chocolate as a hot drink and not just for me only for my kid too..

Werent able to make the trip because of family emergency. Called expedia 2 days ahead and notified them hoping i would get a refund. No one called me back when i called the hotel they told me they havent heard from expedia. So my money just went down the drain for nothing.

All of the front desk staff went above and beyond to help with forgotten items and just making us feel truly welcome. There was a family feel from the staff. Jonathan at the front desk was AWESOME, he deserves a raise!

We reserved a two queen bed room on Expedia 4 month before our stay. We didn’t make any changes or modifications for our reservation. Two days before our check-in day the hotel sent us a message that they are out of two-queen bed rooms, they only have one king bed available. And all other hotels around the area were sold out. We had to take the one king bed room. It was very uncomfortable for our family, and the blanket they provided was too small, it’s totally useless during the winter night.

This is our go to stop when we drive to Massachusetts to visit family because it’s convenient has a great breakfast and is a wonderful value. Staff is friendly too.
