Staff was super nice tho some were no so nice but the ones who were were very helpful and attentive someone coming from another state with kids very easy and I loved my room 217 if I book again I would want the same room only down fall was hot tub didn't seem clean and breakfast was not organized and they didn't have stuff out out that was needed like butter and they only had eggs sausage and waffles and cold bagels but other then that good hotel and pool awesome not to deep for kids

I paud for a king size bed with a fold out couch, jr suite style. After 8 hour flight, checked in and got a stabdard room with two double beds. We had to go eat with family waiting and we didn’t complain because we didnt want to have to move. Very disappointing as I am Bonvoy menber.

We booked a king suite over a month ago on this website got to the property in the evening the staff that was on I did tell him all the info he just said YUP and handed me a keycard. When we did get to the room we opened the door to 2 beds not a king we said ok maybe a quick mistake went down and got the kid again and we were told the room we wanted was overbooked and he could do nothing for us said take it or leave it so we left and went to the Hilton next door got the room I wanted and booked it again for next year with them

A great nights sleep for the whole family, a family fun hotel with gym and pool, great breakfast, great service, close to everything. Highly recommend it to any traveler.

Whenever I go to visit my family , I stay at this hotel. Always a great experience, staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, great variety, constantly restocked, and much more of a selection than you usually see at a "free" breakfast buffet. Excellent value for the price!
