Property isn’t bad, but it isn’t great, either. Small lobby, small breakfast area which was packed with people. Our room was sufficient, but nothing that would make me want to return. The price was good, and location was close enough to restaurants. Room was pretty quiet, even with two little bitty kids across the hall.

We were treated poorly by night staff the baldhead man was mean to us and the kids we decided to leave instead of spending the night there swimming pool was dirty n smelled weird n we all had weird rashes on our bodies would never recommend this place to anyone terrible place waste of money

Place is quiet despite families with kids using the pool, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our extra night stay quickly and easily

Comfy beds and pillows (both soft and firm at every sleep spot), Dove soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, large bath towels (and enough for our entire family). The pool and gym were nice. The included breakfast was high protein and satisfying plus well stocked. The staff was professional and helpful.

The stay was comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for, but due to flight delays, cancellations and changes my family and I needed to leave one night earlier then we had booked, and the hotel would not make an exception and refund the one night. In these challenging times for customers with airline flight cancellations and changes is where customer good experiences and customer loyalty is developed. That being said, my family and I will never stay in another Holiday Inn or IHG Hotel brand in future travels.
