Hilton Garden Inn Hartford South/Glastonbury

I'm a repeat guest at this property, and I've chosen to return because the rooms are clean and it's a convenient location for visiting friends and family.

Convenient and safe location for visiting friends and family in a beautiful and historic New England town with great options for dining and shopping. The staff are friendly and attentive. We don’t hesitate to return.

This place is so beautiful, the pool is too small though, my kids couldn’t enjoy because there were a group of big kids and were taking over it, but other than that is a very beautiful hotel, very clean.

Hotel lobby area is very nice. Pool is super small we did not even try to go in. With 4 children in it it was too cramped. Our room was ok- the ceiling was a little damaged as was the bathroom door (probably because of the set up- it swings open and blocks the door to exit the room so they smash into each other). The air conditioner/heater had black mold on the vents. We didn't use it as the temperature was fine in the room. The pillows were way too flat and were not comfortable. I did not sleep well. No USB charging outlets so make sure to bring a cube. Overall it worked as a place to sleep for the night which is all we needed. The wooden headboard was dirty too I had to clean it once we got there.

About 30 of us gathered for a family memorial/reunion. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant good, and the location was near higher-end shopping and fine restaurants. There is easy access to the Hartford highway system.

Nice 1 night stay will stay here every time I visit family in the area.
