Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/East Hartford

It was a nice stay. Easy check in. Somebody complained about the music in the pool area but it wasn't even that loud? It was lower than the loud children.

We loved it.. the pool was crowded but my kids had fun 💕 Thank you We definitely staying next time

I always choose this hotel when we are in the area to visit family. We didn't have the breakfast this time around, but usually is good when we do! Our room was clean just like every time we come. They even let us stay in the same room even though we had 2 bookings due to last minute changes. Staff was kind, guests were kind, even saw a couple pups! It was a good stay :)

I was very pleased with my stay! I flew into Hartford for a family event in Wethersfield. I was thrilled at how CONVENIENT this was to the airport (20 Min) and Old Wethersfield (10 min). I (woman) traveled by myself, and felt VERY SAFE here. The parking lots were well lighted, and it was in a pretty decent area. The STAFF was very friendly and helpful. I went out for snacks, and the desk clerk helped me by getting plates, napkins and plasticware for me. SNACKS in the lobby included water during the day, but other snacks (peanuts and m&m's; and fresh cookies) were available. Coffee and tea were available. The hotel has been nicely RENOVATED. Nice and clean. BREAKFAST was fabulous! Everything from cooked eggs (scrambled one morning, omelet the other), and hard boiled; many breads, muffins; oatmeal; waffles; and more. Only TWO things that were not so good: 1) there is no grocery or restaurant nearby, so plan ahead. The clerk told me about Shoprite, which was a great store, about 3 miles away; and 2) I booked this HAMPTON through Hotels.com, but received an email from HILTON (I guess they have merged) saying I could download the HILTON app and do contactless check-in. I downloaded the app, but the reservation did not show up. This really concerned me. I called the Hilton, and they had no record of it. I trusted that my reservation that was on the Hotels.com app was actually in place, which it was. That is a little glitch in the system- so don't panic like I did.

Staff was great. I’ve stayed there for the 4 years my child was in college and I have never been disappointed. Breakfast could be better quality, but overall very satisfied.

Room was clean, pool was great and the kids had a blast, hotel staff were super accommodating to my rambunctious toddlers who spent about an hour just running circles in the lobby to get their energy out after being trapped in the car for a long drive. And the free snacks came in clutch while we waited forever for food to be delivered.

As we arrived around 11pm and walked into the double doors and then into the lobby area the overwhelming smell of marijuana blasted us in the face, after commenting to my husband as we headed upstairs my husband ran back down to the car and then was blasted in the face with air freshner as the front desk must of overheard our conversation and over sprayed to compensate. For an 8.8 rating I was suprised at how old the room was. The furniture was really worn, the arm chair had seen much better days and the benches at the end of the bed were no longer the vibrant fabric from 20 years ago. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well in the spacious room. The ceiling was peeling and still had tape on it from whatever party was held here previously. The room was clean looking until I found a half eaten what we hope was a chocolate bar in the back of the couch cushions. All the cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming, but I dont really remember being greeted or smiled at from the front desk as we came in and out. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Lets talk about the breakfast though. The staff running breakfast go above and beyond and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It tasted amazing, was always clean and fully stocked no matter what time we went down. I wish there was a few more tables verses lounge areas as it did get crowded on our 3 night stay. Kudos to the breakfast team as the entire family raved about it.

My family had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean, not noisy at all and the staff was friendly.

The property was clean and tge staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Everything was convent. I would tell family and friends to stay here.

Hotel was nice. Only issue was the screaming kids in the pool. That were so loud you could here them in the lobby. No one else could swim in the pool
