Cambria Hotel Manchester South Windsor

Very clean and modern. One of the best stays for our family of 4.

Overall 9/10. Stayed overnight with my 2 kiddos for a little getaway. The hotel was very clean, the pool was great, and the restaurant was super convenient to have. The only reason I didnt give it 10/10 is because there was a party on our floor, and the office actually called our room saying that there was complaint that it was our room.

We were there for a family event and everyone there is so nice and it’s clean and new we loved it. It’s not a 5 star resort but it’s new & clean. The only thing I wish they had in the room was a menu for downstairs and information times it’s open until. My husband was coming in late another night and he was starving and I wasn’t able to tell him what they had there if he wanted it ordered. And I had to call to see what time they stop food. Mike who works the front desk on Wednesday and Thursday is the best front desk person

I came to visit family and saw that this was available. First time being here since it was built and staff was very friendly, very clean inside the lobby and the rooms. Will definitely go back there when i visit again.

Looked for a room while visiting the Convention Center in Downtown Hartford for an event. This hotel had a good reviews, was 15min away, and conveniently had restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Great price, room was spacious and clean, kids loved the pool, restaurant for breakfast was delicious.

This was an overall great hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and very large. We did have an issue with the TV continually going out but this obviously didn’t affect our stay. The bed was comfortable. The chair, not so much. The shower has an open glass concept where you couldn’t close it which was a little weird. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on that. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel is near plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we need to come back to visit family for the cleanliness, great staff and convent location.

The hotel was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a restaurant and bar to gather after our stressful family event.

I requested a baby crib for my infant daughter who I was traveling with solo. When we arrived one was in the room, not set up. When I set it up it turned out to be broken. We then waited almost an hour while some kid from Housekeeping tried two more cribs before finding one that wasn't broken. Meanwhile, I was stuck in the room with my baby unable to go out and get her milk. Two separate people at the front desk - one in person and one via phone - apologized and promised to "make it right" by refunding part of my stay. Never happened. I wanted to like this place. Otherwise it was nice and cleaner than a competitor hotel I stayed in earlier in the week. But things like working cribs are pretty basic. And to make unkept promises and empty apologies is lame.

Cambria saved my weekend! We were in CT for a volleyball tournament and the accommodations the team set up were AWFUL, I checked out immediately feeling unsafe for myself and my children, I had to quickly find something as most hotels were booked out months in advance for tournament and cambria came to the rescue! Check in was a breeze and the gentlemen was so nice, staff was super friendly all weekend, room and hotel were immaculate, comfortable and most importantly safe. We will definitely be staying here again for next years tournament!
