Enjoyed one night stay with family — staff professional, our room and property in very good condition , pool snd breakfast very good.

Thanks so much for a lovely Christmas stay. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Breakfast was quite good, and we were happy to have coffee and tea available until late in the evening. The only minor criticism that I have is to please do better stocking the kitchens in the rooms. We planned to eat in for most of our stay but cooking wasn't always easy. Otherwise, it was great. We'd definitely stay again.

Guest Desk service guy was amazing. I think his name is Tom. I could be wrong, but he was very professionally, knowledgeable and courteous. The only issue I had with the property was the elevator was broken…But that’s okay. My real issue had nothing to do with the property… I had to hear loud stomping, things banging above me the moment I got into the room. It finally stopped about 8:45PM. Must’ve been a bunch of kids. Who knows.

It is the only hotel we could find that would accommodate 4 children with 2 adults without splitting us up into 2 rooms. It's interesting that it is easier to find hotels that accept pets than it is to accommodate large families and this is the only one we could find. It was a pleasant enough hotel that we will stay again. The staff were very good and friendly. The cons are that they charge $10 a day for parking, do not have a working elevator (I have a bad hip), and there are only two washing machines for the whole hotel and they are on the second floor.
