The hotel was convenient to the downtown area. The river view was nice and the hotel was clean. There was underground parking available. The walking path along the river was pretty but when we went out walking, there were people apparently passed out on the ground near the bathrooms and others sleeping in the bushes just off the path. There was also a large empty liquor bottle on the ground near the trail and a woman alternately screaming obscenities and yelling incoherently nearby. We would stay at the hotel again but only walked the path that one time and opted not to let our teenage kids walk the path alone.
