The hotel was well managed and well kept. It was family run and third generation.

We loved this place. We arrived earlier than we wanted because our plans changed but the manager let us check in early which was awesome. They had just redone the parking lot so we couldn’t park right by the room at first but it dried quickly. The room is a little small but the beds are very comfy, it was clean, and we loved having a fridge and microwave. We don’t spend a lot of time in our room when we travel so we didn’t mind it being smaller than other places. The tv had lots of channels. The pool area was fun and my kids loved that the light changed colors. We will definitely stay here again.

I don't know why I and my family enjoy this little Motel/Inn. We just feel comfortable here. This is the fourth time we have made arrangements to stay here.

Overall pretty nice little motel. Driving up to the place I felt a little concerned as it seemed like a random place and kind of shady but the parking lot was so brightly lit which was nice for our cars at night (the curtains in the room are very black out too). Service was nice and fast, breakfast was basic but had options still. Room is small but we just stayed overnight so it was fine. My biggest gripe was the floor in the room which turned my feet black. I didn’t realize this was happening and had my child roaming and crawling across the floor and her hands and knees and feet were soo dirty. Like dirty as in it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. It was so hot that I was just wearing sandals and no socks, but I would recommend not walking in here with out shoes.

My son and I stayed in separate rooms rooms. His room had a metal box for box springs, and was greeted by a live baby roach on the bed at check-in. Bathrooms were exceedingly small in both rooms, as was the closets. My mattress was quite lumpy. Rooms had a musky smell to them, and warned by manager to enter room, shut door, then turn on lights, as mosquitoes were everywhere.

This is an older style single story motel that has been decently kept up. Nice little pool to cool off in (super important if you have kids). Very modest attempt at a breakfast in the tiny lobby. Fridge in the room which is always nice on driving vacations. Bathroom was quite nice, beds were clean and comfortable. The main problem is the room was very cramped for 4 people. Sure you could get something fancier for $40 or $50 more but that's not in our budget.
