I chose to have my family and I stay here, based on the rave reviews of the cleanliness of the hotel. So you can imagine my disappointment when we found MULTIPLE cockroaches in our room! This infestation overshadowed anything good about our stay and I don’t think we will be back or be recommending this place to anyone.

Nice place to stay when traveling with our dog and family. Would have liked a clean shower curtain and maybe vacuum using an edge tool around the carpet base boards. The hard surfaces were cleaned so glad for that. Shower was nice and hot. There was only 1 chair in the room for a 4 person occupancy room and some wear overall (but most Pet rooms are this way). Overall enjoyed our stay and ended up eating at the restaurant for breakfast so we could have some real protein. Staff was friendly and everyone was happy. Would stay here again.
