Robinson Rancheria Resort and Casino

For the price, I guess this type of stay was expected. The rooms were pretty clean, but most carpets in the room and the entire hotel/casino are pretty stained. It was ok, nothing terrible, but nothing great. While we were at the pool with our kids we watched someone clearly on drugs case cars in the parking lot, called security, they were not concerned. So, we really didn't care for that. Casino is nice, but small. Restaurants aren't really restaurants, more like a cafeteria, but food was decent. I don't think we will ever stay here again.

One of few modern or newer hotels in the area. Good stay for the money. Restaurant was lacking staff and formality. Breakfast time and no staff to be seen. Went to nice family owned cafe 10 mins down road. Was a nice experience.

Nice large room, very quiet in the hotel portion. Second time we have stayed here while visiting family in Lakeport.

Great room, and all things considered excellent value. The area is somewhat removed/remote and access is not the most convenient. Given it IS a casino, expect some interesting character interaction as you walk in and out of the lobby, but past that, it turned into a pleasant 1 day stay for my family. Rooms where spacious and comfortable and service was very good.

Front desk staff was rude. Call me when I was at a family event two hours after we had already checked in to tell me they made a mistake and asked if we been in the room. When I responded yes they said hold on put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back proceeded to put me on hold again then hung up on me once again. Of course this is making me extremely angry I called back and asked for a manager and lady was extremely rude put me on hold once again. This time she came back to say it was her fault for the mixup and room we were in was fine and before I could say anything she hung up.
