We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The first night was great, rooms were nice. On Saturday night, we decided to turn in early and watch a movie. Around 10pm the noise started. At least three rooms around us had teenagers and the screaming, hollering running in the hall slamming doors and continued all night long. We called for front desk to please send security to our floor. Several other family members who were in rooms around us also called. It would quite down for 15 min then startup again…this continued til about 4:30am.

I booked my hotel room almost 6 months in advance and had paid in full. When I got there, after driving 3 hrs, to see a concert that I paid good money for, the staff informed me that they didn’t have a room for me. I was informed that because I wasn’t there at 3 for checkin it was a first come first serve situation so I missed out on getting my room. RIDICULOUS!!!! My room was RESERVED and PAID for. I believe because it was such a huge night they sold my room to a walk-in for way more money and the staff probably pocketed the money. Both of the girls I dealt with were rude and told me I was s*** out of luck. That management is awful and pretty sure scammers. They weren’t helpful at all. Then to top it ALL off two other groups behind me were checked into their hotel rooms no problem, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! I asked why they had rooms even though they just showed up after me, how is that A first come first serve basis? The management just avoided my question and would not answer. I was given a room at another hotel, that was 30 MINUTES away. So I had to drive my family there and back, which added an extra hour and a half into my driving and 2 hours of wasted time. I barely made it to the concert and we didn’t get dinner so my 9 yr old daughter was starved, and so were we. This was a terrible experience and I was told by the other hotel that they can’t do that. It’s not any kind of policy for ANY hotel. This company needs to reassess their management and employees.

I booked two rooms and asked for a connecting room as we were staying there for a family trip. They told me I had to cancel and rebook. Well if that was done, the rate would have changed. They could not accommodate our stay even though the hotel was very vacant. Two phone calls and and hour and a half later, my kids are crying and antsy. We go back in there trying to check in, and they decided to override the rooms so that they can be connected. It seems like all of this could’ve been done with no problems but check-in desk couldn’t ask a manager earlier and avoid all of this.

Location was convenient to family we were visiting. Nice hotel but lots of noise from guests in the halls and adjoining rooms made for tough time sleeping both nights of our visit. Not surprised as the casino is open 24 hours and many are there for special occasions.

Clean, felt safe, friendly and helpful staff. If it added an arcade it could be a good family spot. Perfect for a couple getaway. Jacuzzi was broken and service to the pool could be improved.

Stayed here for a family visit in the area. It was the closest hotel to their home. We were not there to gamble or to see a show, so I can't comment on that. The rooms were modern and the snack place off the lobby was good and more reasonably priced that you would expect for such a resort. Ate at the buffet with family one night and everyone enjoyed what they had. Not necessarily fine dining, but no complaints. Pool was extremely cold, felt like in the 60s. We were there in late May and the pool is in the sun for half the day so I don't understand why. Hot tub/spa was out of order the whole week we were there. We saw staff look at it a couple times, but they didn't appear to work on it. Front desk staff and all other staff we ran into were very friendly and helpful. The clock in the room didn't have the right time on it. It was about 20 minutes off. There were no visible controls to set time, just alarm. The Keurig coffee machine in the room didn't heat the water much. You had to pour hot water from the sink into it to end up with reasonably hot coffee. There is absolutely nothing within miles of the hotel/resort except for rice paddies and horse farms. You absolutely need a vehicle to go anywhere else.
