Room was very clean and spacious, however the walls were paper thin and neighbors above and on every side meant this wasn't quiet. The family in the adjoining room had kids that kept bouncing balls, an ongoing thudding noise amplified around the building like a drum. Lots of choice for close by resteraunts and plenty of stuff to do around the lake

Originally I placed a positive review! Now I’m taking it back! They charge me $15.00 for dirty towels! Two hand towels and a wash towel. I didn’t drag the towels through the parking lot! People do get dirty especially when bike riding and going to beach. It’s Tahoe! Also, I’ve never been charged in all my travels for dirty towels!!! So, if you have kids, or like to outdoor activities, don’t come here! You’ll get charged for getting their white towels dirty!

We used this as a base while exploring Lake Tahoe. Our family took two king rooms, one being a suite with kitchenette. Both were very clean, comfortable, well decorated, and well suppled. We especially enjoyed an upper deck available to all, where we enjoyed our own cocktails. My wife called it charming and I found it a good value. Only thing missing was a hot brekfast.

Felt like we were staying with family instead of a hotel! Always someone available and willing to give us direction on how to spend the day or where to eat or just shoot the breeze. Location was great too. Near the action, but not right in the middle of it. Rooms were nice and modern.
