Had a great last minute mini vacay with the family. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the casinos. Very spacious room. Would stay again.

The location is great. They offer a delicious hot breakfasts. Check in was perfect. Our room was very quiet and spacious. Parking is a little tight in spots but plentiful. The hotel lacks in ground keepers. Outside Trash cans over flowing and dirty. Stairs are dirty. Not swept. Large animal make a huge mess right near where we parked. No one ever cleaned it up. They need to hire more help. Our large room was cleaned everyday. But kitchen floor was very dirty when we checked in. But they did come and mop it after I called the desk. This would be a nice place for families. It’s close to many activities.

The rooms vibrate!!!! Like crazy. In the morning and in the evening. When we told the front desk, the guy said it’s because of the laundry machine that housekeeping uses. But pretty much told us to suck it up. He said they would stop the laundry machine when the guy who runs it wants to stop it - maybe by 9pm, maybe by 9:30 - but clearly told us that they would do nothing about it. It was scary - the vibration. I have a video of water shaking that I will try to upload. Rude front desk staff. Oh, and it wasn’t just one day, exact same thing happened the next day as well. We just wanted to have a happy trip with our family, so we didn’t raise a ruckus. But this cannot be acceptable. Especially for Holiday Inn. Will not stay here again, needless to say.

I really enjoyed my stay the walking distance to everything was absolutely one of the reasons I recommend this place. Very convenient and very family friendly

The hotel was next to heavenly, but they internet didn't work. The phones in the room was not working. We asked staff to put us next to our family friends and they couldn't accommodate due to a busy weekend, but the rooms next to our friends were still empty.

We wanted to use the common bathroom after checkout, after coming back from Heavenly Gondola, the manager plainly refused us saying that the bathrooms are being cleaned. We waited for 10 minutes but she did not tell us if we can use them. It was clear that we were not welcome in the common restroom. Thankfully it was my wife who needed to use the bathroom, not the little kids. We stayed in Holiday Inn on all our visits to Tahoe since 2014. I did not even try to book anywhere else. Not anymore
