The location is excellent especially if you don’t mind a 7 min walk to the gondola with your gear. My family of four stayed here and took advantage of the happy hour where they served beer/wine/juice. We played games in their community area and had an updated room. It is a motel so don’t expect full service.

Comfortable room, clean and nice decor. The room door did have a warped metal plate where the knob meets the door closure, and door was scratched, but everything else was in good condition. Reception friendly, just wish we could buy drinks in the lobby (instead of having to go to restaurant), it was cozy and good hangout place for our family.

This is exactly what I expected (hot and a cot). The room was clean. The shower was phenomenal. Slept like a baby. I parked the truck right outside our door. I would highly recommend this place for a mid range hotel in Tahoe.

If you're looking for an authentic stay for recreation, entertainment, and relaxation, this is definitely the spot. A walk back into the late 1960's and 1970's permeates the vibes. It's not glitzy or commercial - it's a comfortable, friendly place that develops it's own social atmosphere with other guest around the fire pits and pool. Great place for a couple or a family.

It is a very nice place to spend a couple of days of our vacation. Room is clean and spacious, staff are friendly. There’s a heated swimming pool which is a big plus, kids love the most, we spent a lot of time in it. The garden space is beautiful filled with the game area and swings. Hotel also provides free popcorn, s’mores, fires at night… We enjoyed the place very much. Thank you!
