Very inconvenient and bad service! I reserved the room and paid for it but when driving to the hotel the front desk called saying there is no room available!???. I end up waiting there on the hotel parking lot with family for 45 minutes hoping to recovery room but when I called again they still denied my room that I had paid.

Checked in after 10pm and was told there was no more parking, what really? Go next door to the boys club, we have over flow parking there. Went next door to find a car wash. Pitch black outside so could not see any boys club sign or anything else for that matter. Went back to front desk and then was told the boys club was actually 2 doors down. Finally got my 2 kids and myself to bed only to be woken up around 5:30am by very loud adults and very very loud small children. The walls at this hotel seem paper thin. Finally got out of bed and decided to make some of the in room coffee, I needed caffeine badly, What's this, seems there was only DECAF coffee. Really . Went down for breakfast and my daughter wanted some coffee. They had a self service coffee stand in the lobby so I told her to go get some. She came back empty handed as there was no more coffee cups. Really! I never post there reviews or comment on hardly anything but this was just unacceptable. And not worth anywhere near the $400 I paid for one night

I have stayed in a Sheraton before and this was smaller and more disappointing. It does not serve a free hot breakfast because it had restaurant on site which why I didn’t mind but during our stay Sunday to Monday it was closed. Not that it was mentioned on the website or while booking. There was no other food places in walking distance so that was disappointing. It was my wife’s birthday and I couldn’t treat her to a nice breakfast in bed like I had planned. The room was mostly clean, there were children's hand prints all over the window, if that was missed what else? We didn’t see anything else at least. The beds were rather firm, if you have back trouble like me it might give you some pain. I only interacted with one staff member and she was alright but I am fairly certain there were at best three staff members the whole time. I blame that on management of course. All in all, it wasn’t what I expect from a Sheraton and it wasn’t anything special. Don’t know if I’d bother for that price again.

Room and balcony are was very spacious, unique, clean and nicely decorated, shower features were very modern and clean, although at the time of check in hotel was considerably busy, check in was very quick and easy and hotel staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating, we would highly recommend staying here to any friend or family

Reception area very nice and location was perfect for visiting our family. The room could be made more user friendly. Frig and microwave just sitting on the floor. Bed was comfortable but frame was a hazard for walking around and getting in and out.

My hotel of choice when in Santa Cruz visiting family. I was grateful for an early check in, but the room was a bit dirty which was unusual for this hotel. The garbage was not emptied and the floors had not been vacuumed

Overall, this was a nice hotel. Parking was easy, although it was unclear which door to enter for elevators, stairs or laundry room?? We stayed with our children so we got a room with the pullout couch. It was nice and roomy, but we had to ask for blankets and pillows as there weren't any extra upon arrival. Also the room wasn't made up during the day, which isn't really a big deal, but I thought it would be done. My biggest complaint was noise - first, how clearly we could hear the people in the next room, and second, there was a band playing on the courtyard which could be heard over our TV. Maybe that was just a coincidence that we happened to be staying on a night they were playing, but we did not particularly enjoy it. All in all, I'd stay again provided the band is not playing next time.

I ordered two queen beds for family, but they gave me a king bedroom. The room is the first floor next public restroom. The front desk lady told me their hotel didn’t know what kind of room I reserved. They just give me one room they left. No a sorry, only told me no wrong at their hotel. outside of room is hallway to parking lot. But the window curtain cannot pulled down. I had to go front desk again, the night audit guy said he would show me how to pulled down curtain, It sounds foolish on me. But after his try, he said specific tools needed to fix, but not today. Will we sleep at eastern side of building and window show to publicly? He responded me not his default. That’s all. Stay in room or cancel get out! Shown disgust manner. So mean. I never come back to Four points.
