I stayed with my nieces. We had two rooms a few doors apart. Both rooms were very clean. They are a bit older vintage, but well cared for. The pool was nice. Parking was convenient. We felt very safe here. The guests were mainly families. It was quiet, and we slept quite well.

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a day in S. Cruz. Kid-friendly, walking distance from a burger place, easy parking, a sweet little pool to splash in, and a nice big room for 2 adults, 3 kids. We will do it again as soon as possible!

Very nice place to stay ,very affordable The beds are very comfortable and the linen on the beds are great. Very quiet , I would recommend to family and friends.

Had a great stay. Upon arrival observed a nice clean facility. Check in was a breeze. The room was very nice and clean. Also enjoyed the continental breakfast and fitness room. Another thumbs up to the cleaning staff they were excellent and friendly. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to family/friends.

The front desk manager who was vaping in front of the no smoking sign. Was so rude to my family, this person called my son who is 11 very foul names. I had stayed here twice before and was a nice experience, never again! horrible service, dirty hot tub. Disrespectful staff, if your a person of color like myself i recommend not to stay here.

It a place for stay over a night or emergency night nothing like a gateway is a small place, old buildings and super noisy not advices for family I feel I was in a motel plus the jacuzzi it was closed, the breakfast was the same the two nights that I stayed over.

The room was dirty. Dirty enough that we didn’t stay. There was hair and filth in the bathtub. No way I would put my toddlers in it. My toddlers feet were black after walking around for a very short time. The chair in the room was so stained and gross. The man at the front desk didn’t seem surprised.
