Best Western Plus Inn Scotts Valley

It was a good note for the price. No road noise. Good breakfast. There was even a fancy coffee machine in the breakfast room that made a bunch of different drinks. Our kids had the hot chocolate for breakfast each day. Ha!

It was a nice one and my family and my dog enjoyed most of the time.

Everything was good , wish they would keep the pool area opened longer, they close at 10 pm, we came there with two children, spent the entire day at the boardwalk, we were so exhausted, it would have been so nice to chill in the pool and jacuzzi little longer that 10pm, otherwise it was great, the water was clean and perfect temperature. The breakfast was great.

allows HS kids to run amuck in hallways-yelling/screaming over the banisters and railing - and hotel staff did NOTHING to stop it. People yelling and pounding on doors at 1-2am- waking guests. Hotel staff didnt do anything to stop it. This is NOT A HOTEL TO RELAX ! The staff allows all of this loud noise, and running up and down hallways and pounding on doors .. with no regard for other hotel guests. It wasnt until after check in that there would be no room cleaning/ maid service for the room. had to find a large trash can outside to empty our trash

This was a summer family vacation and we are so glad that we stayed with Best Western Plus Inn Scotts Valley Hotel. The staff was amazing most especially "Jennifer" the Frond Desk agent who made our stayed enjoyable, memorable, and fun. She was super nice, friendly, courteous, and demonstrated an exceptional customer service. We were also very pleased with the housekeeping staff who were very helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean, nice, accessible to amenities shops (gas, stores, food etc), and situated in a good neighborhood. We will definitely go back to this hotel and spread the word to our family and friends :)
