We liked the Hotel a lot it has everything, the customer service was good , it was clean, family friendly. I recommend this hotel 100% and we will be coming back soon! Thank you!

Went for a mini family vacation. Room and bed was comfortable. Downside is that you can hear the “neighbors” showering and using the toilet early AM since everything is so quite. Also hearing loud footsteps the level above us. Feels like you’re in an apartment and hear all.

Average hotel with family.

Below average. Elevator from parking basement to hotel was “out of order” causing me to carry my child’s stroller, child, and belongings through the narrow stairs. This is a safety hazard and also not compliant with ADA. Breakfast area had oven “out of order” for entire stay which is lack of service labelling it as “out of order”. No bell service or trolley was always “busy” so I had to haul my luggage. People pay for convenience which was not the case. Room was very small and had stuffy smell to it. I will not stay here again.

Let me start with parking. Despite being parking located in a car garage, the parking available is reduced and not to mention the parking spots available are extremely reduced and makes it difficult. My husband had to pull forward for my children to be able to get in. The Continental breakfast is a joke. My children and I got up early to find a massive line that wrapped around just for breakfast. We went back to the room hoping the line would reduce nope. We ended up breakfast eating across the street. Entering the hotel is a hassle one way in and one way out. Not to mention the elevator is on the slower side. As for the room, the rooms were clean. The bathroom is in need of remodeling. The location is also a hassle to get in and out as the street is one-way and highly commuted. Overall, not a good experience. I will not be staying here again.

Comfortable, clean and quiet stay! The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we had different sizes of pillows to choose from. It was clean and with the amount of kids on lit floor, it was extremely quiet! Can’t complain about a thing. We did learn that the larger parking lot to the left had much larger spots than the tiny one to the right.

This was a nice hotel located close to the boardwalk. The underground parking felt safe and was very clean. The room was just what we needed for our family of 4.
