The air conditioning unit did not work. They didn't have any fans available and the room was too hot to have a good nights rest. We were unable to enjoy our family excursion and celebration with our kids.

My family and I had a great time! The location - amazing, customer service - wonderful! We had a breakfast included and as a surprise we had wine happy hour included, too! Overall, absolutely great experience!

We have been coming here for the last 6 years on and off for family things. The staff is amazing and location perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub and pool is perfect too.

The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The rooms large and comfortable. The pool and spa are great and so fun with kids. And the proximity to the beach was incredible. We kept our car parked at the hotel the entire weekend and just took uber's wherever we needed to go. It's also a fantastic place for the 4th of July and firework watching.

Santa Barbara Pier is on walkable distance from this place. The trail on the shore is also very approachable from here. Rooms are good and clean. Pools are good. They also have wine and cheese in the evening at lobby so you can relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. There is ample poolside seating available as well.

A little pricy becaused I booked it too close for our family trip to Santa Barbara. Great location, near the wharf, wish I stayed longer. Will definitely tell friends.
