small property, great for family with needs for multiple rooms for an event where you want to keep your group a bit private. Very comfortable.

This was our first time staying here, and we loved it. We were in a junior suite, which was lovely. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect little place! We arrived at 4:30, just in time for the complimentary wine, cheese, & cookies. Diego checked us in & was so kind and helpful! Made lots of recommendations, including Lucky Penny for dinner which was delicious and an excellent vibe. We LOVED the complimentary bikes, and rode them all over town. It was too chilly for the pool, but it looked clean and the kids said it seemed warm. The breakfast was unique and filling and felt so fancy! We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

The Lavender Inn was a wonderful hotel. Loved the little surprise wine and cheese time and the champagne. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was not clean. The WiFi is terrible and not state of the art (technically poor captive portal). There was old pasta lying around behind the closet. Insects were in the room and chirping at night until I finally found them all and squished them. The pool is tiny and from the street it's like being on a presentation plate. Something for children at best. The hotel is only suitable for old people who can get drunk here with the free wine and have no other requirements. It is right next to the highway, so you can't sleep very well. The road is in bad condition, to walk anywhere you have to cross a freeway entrance, and you get wet because part of the walkway is flooded apparently.

Great small hotel in a convenient location with direct access to 101 and within a short walk to the harbor and shopping/restaurant area of town. The junior suite was a great room and we will highly recommend it to others.

My family and I stayed for two nights, we had a great experience, this place has excellent customer service and a lovely patio. Mike was very helpful, he recommended places to go and good restaurants, and he also lent us 2 movies each night. We enjoyed the free champagne and continental breakfast. The place is calm and cozy. In summary, we highly recommend this place for vacations

The hotel is a little old but the service is excellent. We had a junior suite and it is very spacious. The location is real good being close to beach and downtown. Our heating system is not very strong to withstand the low 40's weather we had.
