La Playa Inn

The only reason I rated poor was due to the light not working in our room and the door to bathroom not hinged. Other than that the hotel was great and we stayed with a baby and 4 year old.

Friendly, great, intimate, setting and clean rooms and nice breakfast. Locations fabulous only rather would’ve been a family had been next-door to us on last night with Kit. There were plenty of open rooms they could’ve booked it but other than that it was fabulous.

My family and I had a great experience at La Playa Inn. The staff was super friendly and approachable, the room was clean and peaceful, and the continental breakfast had a nice spread. I will definitely stay here again.

Charming, stylish, beautifully maintained property close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Not a resort-style hotel where you go with the family if you want to stay mostly within the property, e.g. no pool, restaurant. But the perfect place to stay in comfort and style if you plan to make the most out of the gorgeous city, beach and weather. To-go breakfast and coffee in the lobby was perfect to start the day. I would stay there again any time possible. One note of caution: we booked a room with "double beds", which we learned does NOT mean Queen but smaller. like full sized.

Enjoyed the family trip, the room was modern, spacious and having a thoughtful design. Breakfast was just what we needed and coffee tasting great!
