The hotel is dated, the place smells really bad, my children had to cover their noses in the hallway. The staff was friendly and welcoming but the hotel itself was sad. The fact that breakfast is not included with the stay was also very inconvenient especially considering that other hotels in the area include breakfast.

Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly. Only thing our family had an issue with was the mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. Definitely kept waking up thru the night.

The check in was terrible. The manager allowed the customer ahead of me to invite their whole family to check before me, even though they were all separate reservations. So even though I was the second person in line I became the last person to check in out of the bus/transport that came from the airport. I understand wanting to please a client but to make me wait almost 30 min to check in as each part of this family group had issues with names and such. For shame that the manager was so clueless about others being pushed back in line. I finally was able to get into another line, last. I will never stay here again. I have flown all over the world as a member of a flight crew but this experience was the worst check in I have ever had.

This was the first time for my family and me at a Hilton, and it looks like it will be our last. Although we were greeted nicely by Eric at the front desk, our overall stay was basic. The hallways and elevators smelled musty. Our room was basic. The beds that were described as queens were actually fulls. During our two-night stay, Cleaning service never made it to our room. We left our room early in the morning and returned in the evening to an uncleaned one. Apparently every single service at this Hilton has to be specifically requested. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was placed at an inconvenient spot. I have never before had to reach behind me for toilet paper like I had to at this hotel. Continental breakfast is a little pricey for what you get ($20 per person). Sure it’s a buffet, but without diversity of choice. I’m well aware of how petty this review might seem. However, we expected a little more from the Hilton brand. For our family, the 8.2 out of 10 rating it has is a little inflated.

It was just ok. We booked a room for 4 and there were 2 towels. We got in at midnight and left at 7am - so not really time to wait for towels- kids just didn’t shower. The shuttle was not very timely. “Every 30 minutes” didn’t hold true. Shuttle driver insisted we put on masks to board, which was fine, but then didn’t say anything to the next two maskless passengers, which was weird and off putting. Also off putting was the initial charge of nearly twice the rate, plus the correct charge still sitting on my credit card. Giving it a couple days to clear. On the plus side, the remote check in and digital key worked great to get us into our room quickly despite the late arrival. In the morning when the shuttle was very delayed a wonderful lobby attendant took the initiative and hopped into a second van and took us and others to the airport.

I really enjoyed that the hotel was right on the bay 😃👍 And the walking trail was the best thing of it all! My husband walked every day on it, he finally convinced my kids and myself to walk with him, and I am so glad that he did, as it was so peaceful! I love watching the planes ✈️ arrivals. This hotel was very old fashioned in the decorations, which to me was perfect 👌 😊 I loved, loved the Crystal chandeliers ! The only complaint that I have was the carpet, they’re a little outdated. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay! our reservations were for three nights and we ended up staying a week, that’s how much we liked this hotel! 👍

The staff and receiving desk were all nice greeted us kindly. Our check in was quick. The hotel overall though needs some update. The room looked worn out. The carpet looked like it has seen one too many visitors & had some worn parts to it. The bed was not the most comfortable. Again, it felt like it has received one too many visitors. Even though it was organized and looked clean, the bathroom tub was not as clean as it seemed. The hotel location was quiet and is within a few miles of good restaurants. Our room was comfortable enough for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. I liked that it had a good patch of grass for our dogs to do their business in that wasn’t too far off from the hotel lobby. We had a big van and couldn’t park in their usual space. Instead we had to park in an unsecured area towards the back that didn’t make us feel too great, but we had no other choice in the matter. There’s a $20 per day, in/out parking that we had to pay too. I didn’t bother to complain because it provided us with what we needed. There wasn’t any real issues other than what I mentioned. So overall our stay was ok.
