Not having a microwave nor a fridge in the room made it difficult to stay with children.

We had a reunion with family members who were traveling to and from SFO and found this gem of a hotel, very conveniently located very close to SFO and with great reviews which we can confirmed were all correct. Great place, great staff, very good bedding, very good sound proofing, great parking and just overall perfect.

Person at front desk was so very pleasant and accommodating. All staff was friendly and there to answer questions or help with whatever we needed. Will definitely recommend the Dylan to any family or friends staying in the area.

Nice hotel, very convenient for the airport. Quiet. Nice to have free coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. Staff were nice, although they suggested that we use the nearby train to get into the city but for a family of 4 an uber was much cheaper.

A wonderful quiet boutique establishment that feels more upscale than the price might suggest. Cozy accommodations with plenty of space, very comfortable cloud-like beds, quality furniture and fixtures, and nicely decorated with a stylish mid-modern motif. The staff are all very professional, and polite. The building is mixed motel/hotel sort of layout with most rooms opening to an outdoor walkway, and the rest of the rooms, the only ones with patios, are in a more traditional hotel building seemingly annexed to the rest of the building with an outdoor social space. Best I think for solo travelers or certainly for couples with a happy hour social each evening to meet other guests. Not so much for the kids id say but not unfriendly to children. Overall it’s a steal at the price for how nice the place feels.

My family and I have stayed here several times when visiting the Bay area. It's close enough to SF so it isn't a long drive into the city. It's located right next to the Millbrae station, so you can hop the train into the city easily, also. Facility is very clean and our room was excellent and clean. Beds comfortable! The window and balcony was facing the train station, so was a bit noisy until the trains stopped running around 11pm or midnight. If you prefer quiet ask for a room away from that side of the building. I've stayed in other rooms and never heard the trains until this last visit. They offer free coffee in the lobby and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for sale in the lobby. A bit pricey but worthwhile if you didn't want to go to the store. They won't have breakfast , just some grab n go items that you have to purchase. But honestly didn't matter to me, as there are plenty of places nearby you can get breakfast at. Neighborhood is nice and felt safe the while time we were there can walk to many restaurants and stores nearby. 24 hour CVS within 5 minute walk. Parking is good and is also free. Parking lot fills up quick in the evening but there is a lot of places on the street to park and again, neighborhood feels safe so want worried about my car being broken into. Parking spots are small though and had a hard time fitting my Jeep Wrangler in sometimes. Big trucks will find it hard to park. Front desk staff was great! Friendly and very helpful!

This hotel was recommended by family. Excellent location to & fro SFO via Bart. If you’re into Asian cuisine, Social Eatery across the street is authentic & delicious. Joyce at front desk was delightful; so was the lady whose name I didn’t catch (sorry!)

Very clean hotel in a great location. We also loved the decor. The family owned business was so nice to see in a world of chain hotels. The family running the place was so kind. Will stay here again happily.

Overall it was a good stay for 1 night. The front desk staff were nice. The room appeared neat and had a balcony. Not much of a view but hey it was a balcony. Parking was good. You must get a green permit and place it on the dashboard. The only thing I didn't like is the hidden fee. They charge about $4.75 which it's not bad but why didn't I read that anywhere? I forgot what the lady said the fee is for but it would be nice to know ahead. I read some reviews about the noise but it was hot so i couldn't hear anything besides the AC. Besides I was tired so I slept like a baby. I would book again.

Property is very close to SFO. Less than 5 minute drive. Property is also close to anything in San Francisco and a lot cheaper than anything in San Francisco. We stayed here after dropping off family for a late night flight. We had a great day in Golden Gate Park the next day. I think ill stay here next time I want to stay in the city
