Ok, its a selct hotel. Expensive parking, the receptionist initially gave us 2 rooms (1 mile away from each other) then the right person fixed it in few seconds. We econtered a rigid receptionist each time for our problems, but the second that we approcehd helped us without give us a hard time. My party was formed from 2 mothers with 5 kids total. We had 2 rooms, each of us with their children....it was clean and beautiful but we did encounter disappointments......the biggest one is that the Pool is not functioning. We booked through Expedia, when we did, this was not reflected in the description. It never crossed my mind that Marriot would lack a pool. Huge, huge disappointment. We were stuck there in high frustration. Nobody cares. We couldn't get our money back. So......in our case a cheaper hotel might have been better.

We like this hotel. Has a great bar to watch planes take off and land. Close to family.

We had a room with a waterfront view of the airplanes landing and taking off which was great for the kids. The room felt basic and nothing stood out to me That made me feel that I was staying at a nice luxury hotel. For paying $250 for one night I expected a little more.

Very nice property. Just a quick overnight stay near SFO. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Great staff. Wish I had enough time to use the fitness facilities.

I had a horrible experience at this Marriott location that I think will resonate with all the Moms out there, particularly working Moms who often travel for business.. I was in the San Francisco area for 5-days, away from my 13-week old baby. For 5 full days I meticulously pumped every 4 hours, portioned and stored my breast milk for my son, storing it away in a freezer so it would be available to him on my return. The night before my return flight (November 10, 2018), I stayed at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront so that I’d be close to the airport before my early morning flight. I trusted the front desk/concierge representatives to safely store away my frozen breast milk in the hotel’s deep freezer, even waiting for the representatives to return to confirm it had safely been stored away. When I retrieved my breast milk the morning of my flight, every single one of the 40 bags I had entrusted them with had thawed out. As my Moms out there know, thawed breast milk is only good for 24 hours from the point it’s been thawed - thus, I was forced to throw away the majority of these precious meals for my son. Needless to say, I was absolutely devastated as breastfeeding/pumping has not come easy for me. The hotel manager, while apologetic, has yet to follow up, nor has any other Marriott staff, with a resolution, next steps, or apology. In today’s day and age, the lack of accommodations for lactating mothers is not only upsetting, it’s unacceptable.
