Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Overall I’d stay here again, the main complaint I had was the AC didn’t get very cold and it was very muggy in the room. Also the bath water was a weird color and I didn’t feel comfortable putting my kids in it. Other than that the beds were comfy, check in was easy and the staff was friendly

A great hotel to stay! Very nice ambiance, rooms are clean and maintained well, staff is very friendly! Restaurants are great! Will definitely recommend with family and friends

Motel was very nice but not for family with kids. More tailored to the business world but we loved it all the same. Very clean.

Our family like the indoor facilities.

We stayed here 2 nights for my daughter's dance competition. Because of the event, there were so many kids and adults staying on that weekend, but we didn't feel like crowded. I was really amazed how building was well kept, nice and clean everywhere we went, and our room was spacious and beautiful. Their app is so easy to use. I requested a humidifier and bath robes from app, and they brought them in right away!! I have to give a big shout out to a front asian lady, Gloria who went beyond and above. She welcomed us with a big smile and a heart and we felt like we were at home!! We have stayed many hotels all around the world, include fancy 5 stars hotels, and her service was one of the best I received. Thank you so so much Gloria!! For that reason, we will come back to this hotel whenever we come to San Francisco!!

They provided only one set of body lotion, shampoo, conditioner which was not enough as we were 4 people staying there. Also did not provided room cleaning for the days we stayed there. Also provided only 3 towels for 4 people. Even if one was kid, he still need his own towel

Check in was a breeze and courteous staff. Pool was perfect size and depth for young kids and hot tub as well. Only needed a few more umbrellas since there is no natural shade. Food was good but typical overpriced at a hotel. Also parking is $48 overnight, a little steep for Burlingame. Would stay again all things considered.
