Hilton Garden Inn San Luis Obispo/Pismo Beach

I was disappointed with our stay. The room was ok, but it was pretty noisy from neighboring rooms and we heard kids running around and stomping all the time. While taking a shower, the couple times the water pressure went down to almost zero to a point that no water was coming out, although it was for a short period of time. The front desk lady was not able to find my reservation and I had to provide all kind of info (reservation number, Hilton Honors account number, etc.) before she could proceed. All of this after I already checked in on Hilton mobile application a few hours before our arrival. She was pretty rude too. She told me (in not a very pleasant way) that digital key won't work and I won't get any Hilton Honors points for my stay (she couldn't explain why). They charge non-members more for parking than advertised on Expedia, and they kept charging me for parking after we checked out. When I called to ask why and request a refund, the representative was even more rude that the front desk lady and told me that they will revert the charge but will charge non-member fee for parking even though I am a Hilton Honors member. It is unlikely than stay at this property again.

Was disappointed with our stay. They charged for parking. We were on the 4th floor and it was very loud. Lots of stomping from kids running up and down the hall. Very noisy overall and probably won't stay here again.

Nice staff; clean room and easy checkout. Convenient location for family visit.

Conveniently located right off the freeway. Pool area was clean. We only stayed one night. Staff was not friendly at all when we checked in around 8:30pm, when we were the only family in the lobby. She did not even acknowledged us in our arrival. She had an flat affect, not very sociable nor wanting to have a conversation.

Ok hotel. Very quietly located in a residential area, but had to drive everywhere. We booked a suite as a family of 4. Plenty of room, but the place felt a little worn down. Excellent service however.
