Best Western Casa Grande Inn

Oh man, I feel so bad for writing this but the place was really, really gross. The room was so old, dirty and outdated. My kids wore their socks in the room, and literally after 3 mins, their white socks were black on the bottom. People were nice, food was fine, but the rooms. Mold in the bathroom, towel bar falling apart... so bad. Pics from the bathroom, pretty bad, but the carpet was the worst of the worst.

We stayed in this impressive looking Spanish hacienda- style hotel about 20 years ago. This week's stay didn't show too many improvements over time. The carpeting needs to go. Don't most places have laminate flooring now? The door trims, especially in the bathroom, need repair and/or replacing. The doors are either rotted or chipped. A coat of paint would do wonders everywhere. A lamp on the desk needed a new light bulb, since the one that's there kept flickering on and off. Our rooms keys kept failing, so we had to get new ones every day. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bed throw and long round cushion are dated, with brown and orange designs. Free breakfast includes the usual coffee, pastries, along with waffles. We didn't use the pool, but saw several families in it. Best Western needs to refresh what can be an amazing property.

i was only supposed to stay one night, the family really enjoyed the hotel especially the pool area, i ended up extending my stay. Stayed pool side and it made it even more enjoyable.

My family stayed here for a night on our return home from a Southern California road trip. The hotel was nice and clean. The included breakfast was good for a free continental breakfast. The room was very spacious. A very short drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfriendly receptionists had 2 rooms booked gave us our keys when we went to rooms they were already occupied almost got assaulted person thought we were trying to break in went back to reception no apology was given another room on another floor separated from my handicapped family member two young inexperienced kids at reception

Amazing family trip

The check-in service was outstanding. The customer representative was friendly and courteous. The environmental clerk for room 235 on 3/23/23 was friendly and generous when we asked for towels. Breakfast was delicious and this has saved our family money. Again thank you for a pleasant stay. We will definitely be coming back again.
