My family and I love how convenient the hotel location is to the beach and the shops! The beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids (wish it the water was warmer). We had some leftover garbage in our room from the previous guests and blood on the bathroom counter. Gross. I also wish the menu at the restaurant was more kid friendly. All in all we had a fun trip and enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful place in a great location with a lot of amenities. The main issue here is the guests have to pay a resort fee per day to use the amenities but ANYONE not staying at the hotel can also use the amenities. My family wanted to site by a fire and could not because people not staying there occupied them all. My kids wanted to get in the spa, nope, no room because again non-guests were occupying it to the max! We wanted to order some food and drinks and waited an extremely long time because they were serving you guessed it - non-guests. Also, they ran out of towels at the pool and non-guests just requested towels from waitress who brought them. We knew they were not guests at the hotel because they were not shy about sharing it out loud. There is absolutely no control over that and guests paying to actually stay there are stuck paying for everyone else to use the amenities. You do not need a key to enter the pool or patio/yard area.

Our family stayed here a few days and our stay was very pleasant. The property is very clean and the views from the room are spectacular. We enjoyed the fire pits and how convenient it was to walk and grab something to eat. We ate at the restaurant (Pequin) a few times and the food is delicious. Great stay and highly recommend.

My Husband and I decided to spend a night, we have a newborn so we asked for a crib. Didn’t expect the crib to be a pack and play. It was not stable, we just had her sleep in the bed with us. We booked for a king bed with a balcony. We arrived two hours early, when we got our room it was a straight view of other guest on the first floor. I went back and requested for a balcony because that’s what we paid for. Front desk accommodated. Our room had a nice view but we have guest next door and they had their blinds open, we can see their bedroom while we were on the balcony. I’m sure it was uncomfortable for them. Another thing is parking is 45$, kinda pricey. Overall it was a good stay for the first time.

Broken items..the drapes were difficult to open/close. Some dirty areas include the bathroom door and baseboards in the room. View included some roof areas that needed to be cleaned....can in the rain pipe, tissue, shells that seagulls had eaten. For the cost of this "resort", the room should be clean. The good points are how close you always are to the beach and pier. We never used our car. View is beautiful of the ocean and pool area. They did have a party on sat that closed down a large area of the lawn/fire pit area. That would have been okay, but the party group included adults and kids that took over the hot tub - they were also allowed to bring in outside drinks and had an ice chest. Sat was the most expensive day for our hotel room and it wasn't a relaxing resort atmosphere. I would stay here again, just not for $800 a night.

Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, they seem to be under staffed, during our stay. There was miscommunication during our check-in and I have never seen so many guest asleep in the lobby waiting for a room. Dogs barking, kids crying, and their food was not good. Due to this experience we missed our reservation which then had a ripple effect on other plans. I believe it is over priced. BTW, pool has very limited seating. We did received great service from the manager Devon, who was empathetic and kind in trying to help the situation.
