The perfect get away for family with kids! Only bad part - no pool!

The private parking structure was very nice. It’s located near all of the shops and dinning spot. Great beach access right next to swings as well. The rooms were decorated beautifully. It was like staying in a personal condo. They provided beach towels, fully stocked kitchen and toys for the kids. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head.

Everything was perfect from the beginning. My family and I arrived, I was able to plug my Tesla in the secure parking garage, the office staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nice and pleasant and I appreciate the late check out. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! 5/5

Easy check in and out. I was extremely please with my room considering I had a big family. Super cute layout and everything felt like I was home. Convenient walk to the beach and pier was literally around. I would definitely book again!

This place was great for families. Our room had a small kitchenette, beach toys and several smaller rooms for young ones to crash. Parking is secure and it’s a few buildings from the beach. The light in the hall came through our room blinds but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Stayed at Beach House Inn & Suites in Pismo Beach with the family suite. Overall, I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. The location is fantastic, being close to the beach, and the amenities were convenient, such as parking, trash cans, and an ice machine. The suite had a kitchen and TVs, and the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. However, there were some downsides that affected our stay. Firstly, the bedroom fan's speed was fixed on low, making it uncomfortable during warmer days. Secondly, the blinds in the bedroom window did not block the lobby's light, causing disturbances to our sleep. Additionally, the exhaust fan over the stove was not functioning, making cooking a bit inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the lack of proper ventilation at night. Opening the bedroom window for air flow was the only option, but it faced the lobby, raising security concerns. Furthermore, there were not enough pillows and sheets for the sofa beds, making it less accommodating for families. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan or had a non-functional one, leading to discomfort during showers. Lastly, there weren't sufficient towels provided for a family suite. In conclusion, Beach House Inn & Suites has great potential but needs to address these issues to improve the overall experience.

Great for families. Rooms 303-305 have great view of the ocean. They were working on the building next door but not the fault of hotel. Hair dryer did not work in one of our rooms and tv did not work in bedroom but were there to hang out on the beach and eat on the patio. Will be coming back.

Our stay at Beach House Inn was amazing!! We stayed in the Pirate’s Cove room and it was just like a little apartment. We were stunned with how much it came with. There was a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop, coffee pot, and even pots, pans, and dishes! The room itself was decorated sooo cute! My family of 5 always struggles to find accommodations that are enough for all of us without reserving two rooms. This one had a large bed in the bedroom, a full size pullout couch and a twin pullout. There were beach toys to borrow as well!! Everything was perfect!!

Right on the beach. Walking distance to everything downtown Pismo. Enough space for my family and extremely comfortable.
