I have brought up the fact that our room wasn’t clean and they didn’t send anyone. Then when we arrived back after a busy morning and afternoon I called and they sent someone but my toddler was crying because she needed a nap and we couldn’t put her down because the sheets needed to be clean. They charged us for parking more than it says on my original email it said $19 . The front desk wasn’t very apologetic about our daughter crying in the background and even though she came we were in the room so she just did the sheets quickly and got outta there. But it wasn’t housekeepings fault it shouldn’t have been done earlier in the morning. You go to hotels to come to a dirty room after a busy day sight seeing. For a Marriott I expected better then small comforters itchy sheets and dirty sandy bed. Nobody has done anything to try to make it better ! Would not stay again!

If you are looking for a tranquil, well-managed place to stay in San Diego that is wirhin close proximity to airport with variety of dining options nearby, look no further...Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station has got you covered.
Of all the great things about this place (and there are so many), the most compelling reason are the people who run it. From front desk to room service to lounge, everyone is committed to delivering the best experience and they take delivering the services with exemplary sense of total ownership, the measure of which I have not seen even in some of the biggest 4/5 star names around.
The property is located in a peaceful corner near San Diego airport, next to a 46 acre park, next to beautiful waterfont, which is always teeming with people out for walk, jogging, skateboarding, playing with their kids, taking pets for a walk.
Though menu at the hotel is limited, the food is good. Apart from that there are sundry eating options within walking distance. They also have vending machine and in-house mini-shop that stocks quite a variety of food and beverages.
The rooms are clean, well-maintained, spacious, airy, peaceful with great views.
Overall, it is a great place to relax and unwind.
There is ample parking space (parking charges: $19 per night).

The staff was very helpful as we arrived Friday morning but check-in wasn't until the afternoon. They had a room for us that we walked into only to find it would not work for my family, size wise (despite what my reservation was for). They immediately found another room for us that we'd all fit in (or at least have a bed to sleep in). The room satisfied our needs with the exception of the A/C. We woke up last night wondering why the A/C stopped working and it was 72* instead of the intended 65*. My youngest also asked me why the towels were so scratchy.
The location was quiet despite being next to the airport. So many food options to choose from with Liberty Station right down the street. If we return to San Diego, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. E we were there with family and had made reservations for three rooms. The front staff made sure we were on the same level as requested and had exactly what we had asked for. We enjoyed the amenities as well. Breakfast was great as we had options of either Starbucks or dining experience. There was plenty of seating outside to enjoy the property and sit by the water. In the evening, we enjoyed the fireplace or fire pit and played cards and just had an amazing time. The bar allowed for food until 9 and drinks until 10p. The staff all around was just wonderful! I would highly recommend this property!

The place was excellent, and the room was clean and occupied with great furniture, a king-size and comfortable bed, a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker.
We booked a room which would have had a view of the lake and a park, but it was on the second floor, and the big tree was in front of it, so practically, it did not have a view of the lake.
In addition, breakfast was not included in its service although the price was not cheap.
The pool was for kids with a maximum of 4 Ft, but the water was fresh and clean.
Other than that, we had a great time in the hotel.
