Hot tub was broken. Pool was freezing cold, to the point where the kids wouldn't go in. There were no towels outside to use. The tables in the pool area were dirty with old food containers left there with half-eaten food. No hand sanitizer in any dispensers around the hotel. The sheets in the rooms were stained. There was an outdoor compressor that kicked on and off all night which made it hard to sleep. The TV in the room was outdated and hard to use.

Stayed a night was in town to visit family, the hotel room needs some updating maybe new furniture, bathroom remodel, change out carpet add flooring. It was nice and clean but the room was not up to my expectations. Have stayed in various holiday inn’s but this one was not up to date.
